Extremely Poor Communication – Order Still Pending Since 01 Nov 2025

I placed an order with DealClear on 01 November 2025, and today is 10 November 2025. The order has been stuck with no real updates and no clear explanation about the delay. Their support team does not reply properly and avoids giving any concrete information about the status or delivery timeline.

A company that cannot even provide basic order updates or honest communication is hard to trust. This experience has been frustrating, and I still have no idea when—or if—my order will arrive.

Very disappointing service. I expected better reliability and transparency. I won’t be ordering again unless they seriously improve.

Don't buy from this website, they are scam. They wont accept returning the items which you receive. And the company address itself is wrong.

I order a autocut off that would automatically turn off when it was full of water, but they sent a device that would sound an alarm when it was full of water. I have requested to return it or give me a refund. But they said it would take three days but today is the last day and still no response.They are committing a huge fraud in a very innovative way, so everyone should be very careful.😡😡😡

This site is fraud don't order anything, this people cheating to customer . I ordered a Sandisk 512GB pendrive on24th Sept,2025 of Rs. 1249 but till now the order can not receive and when you attached with whats app they said your payment refund today, tommrow and going on, after this they dont answer and blocked you. Msege and email they don't response, please avide this type website.

I want to warn others about my fraudulent experience with Dealclear.com. I ordered a TP-Link Wi-Fi Camera from this website, but the product I received was completely different from what I had ordered.

When I contacted their customer care team, they initially promised to replace the product but asked for multiple details such as the unboxing video, order confirmation, and delivery proof — information that should already be in their system. I provided everything they requested, trusting their response.

After that, all communication stopped. My emails and WhatsApp messages went unanswered, and it has been more than 15 days since the order. They have completely ignored all follow-ups.

Upon checking online, I found that many other customers have faced similar cheating experiences with this website. It seems they deliberately send wrong products and then stop responding to customers.

To make things worse, they are using the Paytm Payment Gateway to collect payments, which gives a false sense of legitimacy to customers.

I have already filed a formal complaint to Paytm’s fraud investigation team and the Indian Government consumer complaint cell. I have all the documentary evidence including payment receipts, delivery details, videos, and communication records, and I’m ready to submit them for legal action.

⚠️ Please do not trust or order anything from Dealclear.com. It appears to be a scam website designed to cheat customers. Avoid this site and report it if you have been affected.

This website is absolutely terrible. First, they shipped my order almost a month after I placed it. Then, after another fifteen days, I finally received the product — but it was broken and completely different from what I ordered.

I had ordered a ProDot 12A Laser Toner Cartridge, but they sent a Zebronics one instead, which is cheaper by ₹300. This is not just poor service — it feels like a scam.

I purchased a product on dealclear.com on COD they than contacted me on WhatsApp to pay the shipping amount as people sometimes refuse to pay the COD amount. but I denied to pay upfront shipping charges. They than said that parcel will be delivered and we will send you the video of the parcel while packing it. i was assured that the product which i ordered is exactly same as described . I also asked the pic of box and dimensions of the packing they sent me the real pic.
But today when the parcel arrived VIA DTDC COD i checked the parcel and it was not up to the specification and i was assured that the bought product was not inside that tiny parcel. I contacted them on WhatsApp but there was no response and refused the COD parcel.

You order 2000 INR item and you get a cheap copy instead of 500INR and you can't even return it or ask for refund anywhere

I placed an order on 02/06/2025 and today is 28/06/2025. Still I never got any word of the product. I couldn't even track it. I called at least 50 times to 931-0640310 which never picked up. I tried connecting them through website and they never responded. I tried emailing them they never responded. This is a clearScam. Now its personal. so I'm taking further action legally.
