My watch was delivered perfectly and I love it

Apple Watch turned up yesterday in poor packaging and completely dead. Either the watch itself is broken or the charging cable. Messages sent and nothing heard back yet which is pretty crap. Should have just gone for the £200 new one from John Lewis and saved my time.

sold me faulty airpods, then made me go through a long process just to fix the issue. DONT SHOP HERE!!!! Now i have to wait another week or so just to use airpods and they still haven’t issued a refund or a replacement or anything. If you value your self respect as a consumer then i repeat DO NOT SHOP HERE

Shocking company avoid!
I purchased Sharp tv, right from the start tv remote was not working properly and I have requested deal buyer for replacement, which they have provided after few months TV started to be unresponsive and in order to turn it on and change channels or moving from app to app I had to unplug it from the wall for few minutes and then turn it back on. I have sent tv back first time and paid for packing and postage costs myself, they have returned my tv and said that batteries in tv remote were old, which wasn't true as I'm changing them regularly shortly after this experience I have requested them to check the tv again as it was still not working properly, this time they have suggested to me via email communication that it might be a fault due to my Google account and advised me to open new Google account or log on under someone's else's account which didn't make sense as that would not influence changing channels or struggles while turning tv on, however they have agreed to check tv again this time they have provided FedEx prepaid label and collection, I have packed tv and wrapped it in bubble foil and placed it in the box provided by Dealbuyer when they have returned tv to me after first inspection. After few days I have received email that tv was demaged due to inappropriate packaging with pictures of demages on tv and advising me that refund in a value of 50% of purchase price will be issued, when I challenged them via email they have never responded to me. They have issued partial refund but I'm not happy with it as I would rather have tv that works properly or refund of full price of tv, also I'm positive that damage has been caused by them as I have packed tv safely they never wanted to deal with it again after their absurd excuses of old batteries and Google account faults.

Bought a 12v TV which is obviously second hand.

The box is damage the packaging inside had obviously been removed previously and damaged.
The cables either untied or tied up with obviously not the right ties.
The ariel bag is torn open
Remote still had batteries inserted
And lastly there are signs on the box of previous postage labels.

This is very dishonest if I wanted a second hand product I would of purchased one at fraction of the price.

Good price for used Galaxy 6 watch, arrived in perfect condition (couldn't tell it wasn't new) and quickly, well packaged. Would use again.

Brilliant product easy to use good value for money I am now changing this review as after several uses the white dial writing for temperature/ timings are rubbing off after cleaning. I followed all cleaning instructions correctly but this on external.
