Robot 084 is the best and dbrand is king

Robot 084 is hands down the best support robot you guys have on the team. I am honestly blown away by the level of support and genuine care I received from them. It is rare to find a robot that balances technical skill with such a high degree of empathy, but 084 absolutely nailed it. They did not just solve my problem; they made the whole process feel seamless and supported.

I love their products

I love their products and will be buying from them again I had messed up and bought the wrong one for my magic keyboard. I had purchased the one for the iPad they are very helpful and are sending me the one I was supposed to of ordered for the Magic Keyboard. WOW this is great customer service. Thank you Dbrand :)

Horrible customer service, horrible screen protector

Prism screen protector is absolute trash. Sent me a defective one and when I requested a refund I was denied. They're tank case is nice. But their customer service is some of the worst I have ever seen. Do not buy their products, there are much better companies out there that are actually American companies (dbrand is Canadian FYI).

I am disappointed with my experience

I am disappointed with my experience. The shipping costs are already extremely expensive, which sets high expectations for the service. However, after more than a week, my order still hasn’t been shipped. This is simply unacceptable.
At this point, I have requested a full refund. I expected much better reliability and transparency. I would not recommend ordering under these conditions.

Good variety, great branding, poor accessibility.

The variety of options for different skins and cases is superb. The brand really leans into its dark side and the descriptions of the items and their brand are on point. My first time getting anything with them, and I was impressed by their website and all of the add-ons and variety.

I paid for the mid tier shipping which said it'd be delivered between Monday and Friday. Unfortunately it took all the way until Friday. I earned "free shipping" but it's shipping timeline was almost two weeks. So if you can wait, I would, since the 10$ shipping gets it's to you at the farther end of the estimate.

When the item arrived, it was in a high quality shipping package, the case and skin is bought were also packaged up quite nicely. Again, their branding is spectacular.

The actual product was a tad disappointing. The case feels it's good quality, it firm, and fit the phone nicely. Unfortunately though, a week and half of waiting and 125$ spent and I had to go through the trouble of applying the graphic to the case itself. I also purchased a skin fo my phone. And while I expected to have to do with that item, the case too was mildly frustrating. Did it turn out good? Yes. Was harder than it should have been? Also, yes.

There was no warning that if I put the skin on first, the case going over it would pinch the skin and peel it from the phone. After spending a crazy amount of time getting it perfect on the phone, having it crumbled up was upsetting.

The instructions online were helpful. But I bought a skin for the Samsung Galaxy s26 Ultra, and the skin that goes over the cameras is a STRUGGLE to get it right, because I has such small spaces to fit between that it difficult to get put on properly without peeling it off and on again. Lucilkily it came with 3 camera skins to keep trying until I got it right.

Overall, it's a good case and the screen protector feels great, was easy to put on, and works with the fingerprint scanner and the S pen. I would just change the priority shipping and the ease of installation, or at least state that on the product that installation is required.

Incredible customer service

Incredible customer service. My Ghost Case 2.0 arrived with a small chip inside the case (other than that it feels like a great quality and great looking product) and after messaging customer service I got a response within 24 hours informing me that a replacement was on the way! Would definitely recommend.

Premium Feel, Thoughtful Details – Really Impressed

I recently purchased the dbrand Grip (Tank) case and I’m genuinely impressed with the overall quality and attention to detail. The case feels incredibly solid and protective without being overly bulky, which is exactly what I was hoping for.

One of the standout features for me is the metallic buttons – they feel amazing to press, with a really satisfying, tactile response that makes everyday use feel just that bit more premium. It’s a small detail, but it makes a big difference.

I also really love the design choices, especially the Easter eggs included on the back of the device. It adds a bit of personality and shows that real thought has gone into the product beyond just functionality.

Overall, the style, build quality, and user experience have exceeded my expectations. I’m really impressed and would definitely consider buying from dbrand again.

Excellent Product Quality and Outstanding Customer Support from Dbrand

I had a very pleasant experience with Dbrand’s product and customer support. I purchased the Ghost Case and tempered glass for my iPhone 17 Pro Max in December 2025. The quality is exceptional sturdy yet lightweight, with tactile buttons and a simple, aesthetically pleasing design that provides excellent protection for the phone.

Fast forward to April 2026, I noticed some white marks around the magnetic ring, even though I had been using the included spacer from day one and handling the phone under normal conditions. I reached out to Dbrand’s customer support for clarification and provided photos for reference on April 2, 2026. They responded the very next day and promptly initiated a replacement without hesitation.

I received the replacement Ghost Case on April 8, 2026, and I am completely satisfied with both the product quality and their after-sales service. Kudos to the team for the smooth and efficient support experience and a special thanks to the support agent “Robot 202,” who was absolutely phenomenal. Much appreciated!

GOOD: Flip 7 Grip Case BAD: Flip 7 Screen Protector

The Galaxy Flip 7 Grip Case seems like it will be good. I just placed it on my phone after a Zagg case did not protect the screen when dropped, and the screen broke. Unfortunately the dbrand case doesn't protect the screen either. There doesn't seem to be any case that protects the screen. So when purchased the dbrand case, and dbrand suggested their glass screen protector, I jumped on that to get some protection of the screen. Unfortunately upon arrival, I learned what dbrand presented as a screen protector is only a Flex Window protector. I don't need a Flex Window protector glass, I need something to protect the phone screen from breaking if dropped while open. It seems I was deceived by dbrand's upselling.

I also love their sarcasm and sass, you don't see that often as a marketing ploy and it works really well with dbrand.

I'm super happy with my purchase and would happily buy again from them in the future.
