I saw Deanne for 4 weeks and she changed my life. Her techniques were amazing and helped me a lot. I highly recommend her!

I have just done the 4 week weight management sessions via zoom and it’s been great. I was sceptical at first, both about hypnotherapy and doing it via zoom….I shouldn’t have been as I’ve lost a stone in 4 weeks and for the first time in years I feel “in control” of my eating habits. The zoom calls were easy and still felt personal and like Deanne was in the room.
I have really looked forward to my weekly sessions and can thoroughly recommend working with Deanne.

After being afraid of snakes for as long as I can remember and an impending trip to Australia and India I finally decided to deal with my fear and booked a coarse of hypnosis treatments with Deanne.

I have been seeing Deanne for 4 weeks now and can truly say she has been amazing! I went to her when I was struggling badly with anxiety and had gotten myself into a downward decline. I was at a point of not being able to go out the house or spend time with family and friends and was struggling to eat. She truly has changed my mentality and helped me to change my mindset for the better. Looking back to where I was at the start of my journey with her i’m a changed person and I couldn’t recommend her enough!

This is absolutely not a quick fix or “magic bullet”. This resets the mind and enables you to take control back from food - it opens your mind up and forces you to look at your habits head on and question them. I’ve lost half a stone in four weeks but more than this, I know I control what I eat rather than the other way around. This does work but only if you’re willing to open your mind up and put the work in. Thank you Deanne! I look forward to taking the foundations that have been laid and losing more weight!

My friend put me in contact with Deanne and I’m so glad she did. I’ve been picking out my hair since I was 16 and the habit has always bothered me and I never sought help because I didn’t think I could get over it. With Deanne’s help I’m picking less than I ever have and I believe I’m on the way to getting rid of the habit for good. I have bitten my nails for 25 years and had tried everything to stop but nothing had worked. As like most people, I was fairly sceptical of Hypnosis / did not know much about it. However after being recommended Deanne by a friend who she helped successfully quit smoking, I arranged an into meeting. I instantly liked her and could understand the method she explained. I felt inspired and excited to give it a go. I had 4 sessions over Zoom which really worked well and combined this with some ‘homework’ that Deanne set me. I cannot believe how well it worked and how straight forward I found it, given I followed Deanne’s advice and methods. I could see the results straight away and I found it genuinely very empowering and inspiring to know that I could change this 25 year habit very quickly indeed. Makes you think how powerful the mind is when you really apply it to something. I really would recommend anyone who thinks they need help changing a habit or overcoming issues to give Deanne a call. She was very helpful, clearly explained the process and I could tell she really cared and put in lots of detail and focus to ensure the desired outcome was achieved.
