Cooker arrived at the time confirmed. both men were nice. However there were no legs on the cooker and they said that the gas fitter would do that. on reflection this should have been done by the delivery people. packaging ripped even though the cooker was taken out of a box, which seemed weird . We had to push the cooker in place as they left quickly

Friendly customer service who know what they're talking about
This isn't my first time buying from FB, what brings us back is their friendly helpful service in the showroom and item delivered on time, very friendly delivery guys and fixed the washing machine up for me whilst taking the old machine away.

Really helpful staff in store and via email but unfortunately the delivery drivers were very disappointing with their service. Both seemed very miserable and unfriendly which wasn’t great considering we were first time customers.
We chose DB domestics as they are a local company and wanted to support local rather than the bigger shops but never mind.

It wasn't great, it was satisfactory. Had all three appliances been delivered exactly on time, it would have been a bit better. The installers were competent on both occasions. Thank you and them. See you again.

A very helpful sales lady.
The sales lady showed us several options of dishwashers and knew the good points about each one. The model we selected was in stock and delivered and set up in less than a week.

Great shopping experience
Great shopping experience. Order a washer dryer online at 9:30pm and had a call the following morning to confirm delivery could be that afternoon. Fully installed in no time at all.
