1. Customer service-- everyone was nice, respectful, humble, competent, and accommodating-- anything I asked, they just said, " Yes, we can get it done." Other agencies are rude and arrogant

2. The Designs are the best PERIOD!! -- I am very picky when it comes to blending CRO with beautiful designs. They put all the CRO principles into beautiful designs and BRANDING--- WITHOUT me having to say anything. It came as part of their base package. I didn't have to coach them. This reduced my stress; other agencies needed a lot of my help-- this was hands-off

3. The designs were quick-- I only waited 5-7 Business days to get a 98% percent completed initial design. All revisions were completed either the same day or the next day. I didn't have to wait 3-4 weeks like other agencies, and I waited a week for changes.

4. They work as a team in Slack and respond quickly. I have never seen a design agency have about 12 people all working together in Slack at the same time. Usually, it takes hours or days for one team member to act after the other requests something. If I had a question, 3-4 team members replied within minutes. DayDreamers-- are well-run and organized

5. Lastly, they are the best value-- they aren't cheap, but they are affordable compared to what other agencies cost, and their value is way more than what they charge. Again-- I worked with 4 other well-known media/cro and website/landing page design companies-- NOT ONE of them was as affordable with as many services and better quality-- NOT ONE. If you are a picky business, I promise you that the designs you get from DayDreamers.studio are equal to, or better than, those of other agencies. Their secret sauce is perfectly blending CRO with a beautiful design that matches your Branding and vibe. I have 4 other projects that they will be designing for me.
