If Daxtools would answer the webchat

If Daxtools would answer the webchat, everything would be fine. Tried to contact both on webchat and via email as there is no phone number. Roughly 4 hrs later no reply, so it looks like lost business for Daxtools.

Looks great but ......

The information to put it all together seems lacking and I could not find one pic of the spring and it was not itemised on the instructions. I am now trying to find out how to buy two batteries and a charger and can't locate that on your site..... Its an Einhell

Great Customer Service

Great Customer Service
I ordered batteries and a charger for an Eco power garden tool. The batteries were due to arrive whilst I was on holiday, so I contacted Dax, and they rearranged delivery for the day of my return from holiday. Highly recommended.

Super fast delivery

The products in stock are a decent price and a lot of good battery powered products are available,I would like to see a few more brand names in the line up if possible, the delivery times in the Republic of Ireland are exceptional and always arrive within 1-2 days of purchase,I have made 2 purchases so far both ego battery powered products for the garden and my experience has been really top notch on all fronts,I will be buying more products from this company in the future
