I would even give no star at all. I ordered something two months ago and I have not received anything. The tracking codes are unknown to all delivery companies here in Germany. Do not buy anything there!

Bought expensive item, tracking slow then stopped, then when I followed up a lot of times they sent another item that was not what I ordered. Then stopped replying.
do not order from this company it is a scam

Terrible site. They sent me the wrong product and want me to pay for returning it to China which would cost me more than the product itself.

This is a scam website, they take months to send purchases out and then it's the wrong item: of course much cheaper than what I payed. These people are thieves, do not buy ANYTHING from this web site. It's puzzling how companies such as AMEX and VISA do business with them notwithstanding people's opinion.

I ordered an item on Sept 11 and as of today Nov 3 it still has not arrived, tracking says it was shipped from China and took weeks to arrive at a city a few hours from here, and then never moved from that location. Emails with customer support were responded to with empty promises and then no further contact. I'm contacting my credit card company and marking this charge as fraud.

Do not order from this company! It’s a scam! Customer service is a poor excuse for AI and you will never receive your order!

SCAM, BEWARE! This should be 0 stars, do not order from this company. It's 18 days since I ordered their product with no sign of it being shipped. First I ordered with my AMX card and they charged my email through PayPal, an account i don't use but PayPal charged my AMX. Then I noticed on the first day they charged 34% tax which I wrote to them right away so they removed the tax charge on my AMX. Every time I try to find out when my product is being shipped they respond 3 to 4 days later stating the same thing, that they will expedite order which does not happen. The company name given on this order was Happyhours Tart but PayPal is dealing with what I imagine to be a parent company of Dawncog

Took months to get the order and it was a cheap knock of knife. Not the one I ordered, beware

I purchased a Easter egg to make and received the most ugly printed made up egg.
I contacted them and they will not refund full amt..only 8 bucks for 32 I spent. Shitty scummy business.

They never sent me the product. Then said they can send it again but I would need to pay shipping and loss of product fees. When I asked for a refund instead, they still took the shipping and loss of product fees. FO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Scam - never received item. A great deal of communication back and forth, only to be told that it was shipped and it was now my issue. I don't believe it was ever shipped.

I wish I could give no stars at all! This company is a joke! I made my order since december and I didn't get my order. Mails are being exchanged at the moment and all they keep telling me is my order has been delivered,try checking your environment, ask your friends and neighbors and also go to your post office,really?
Thier Customer service sucks. It's just unfortunate I forgot to pay via paypal,otherwise I would have gotten my money back. Despite my complaints, they aren't offering no solutions. I just don't want to believe I have been scammed 😪.

Scam company. Overcharged me for makeup bag and then it never arrived. Refused to refund. Had to file dispute with my credit card to get my money back.

TOTAL SCAM!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! I placed an order in early December for 4 makeup bags. I paid for 3-7 day VIP shipping. I saw an ad on Instagram for the product and for last chance shipping for Christmas. They were delivered on January 23rd. I had multiple interactions, via email, with their "customer service." All they did was give me a tracking number and refused to provide any refund/good will for the delay. There are several companies that offer this product. I would HIGHLY encourage you to try one of them. This company is a joke!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I bought a small make up kit for a friend from this thieving company because the website said they had free returns. My credit card was charged more than the price I was given.
Long story short, after many emails back-and-forth where I was asked to send pictures of the material, the package, the label, in certain formats which I did. After that, they offered me first $1, then $2, then finally $6 as a refund despite that I paid $26.93 for this item.

Shocking. Bought money boxes online November 2023 for Christmas. They arrived in March 2024. The quality was so rubbish for what I was charged.
Terrible retail experience. Kept getting fobbed off for months.

ORDERED MORE THAN A MONTH AGO FOR CHRISTMAS TWO MAKEUP BAGS AND NOTHING !!!!!!

Ordered 12/3/24. As of 1/16/25, original tracking info showed the package coming from Ireland. That tracking number is still showing as updating and on the way but with no details. Reached out on 1/5 and was told the package is lost and a new one was sent. Tracking info for that one shows it was shipped from china on 12/6/24. Tried canceling the order since both tracking numbers are useless and they have not responded for over a week. DO NOT BUY

Ordered product 12/11/24. Said delivery would be 7-12 days. It is 1/15/25 and still no package. I have been given multiple different tracking links. None of which show I am getting the product. Just “still waiting in transit” for over 2 weeks. Horrible company. Support has been contacted multiple times and has yet to issue refund. Scam business stay away
