Having used David Phillips, for many BTR projects. I wanted to do the same personally in my own home. Drew and all the team at DP have yet again, smashed it out of the ballpark!! Phenomenal furniture, great communication, and so impressed by the installation, not a sight of any packaging or that they’ve even been through every room. They went above and beyond to help make it perfect. I couldn’t be any happier.

A trustworthy, reliable and professional company with a very quick turnaround.

Terrible service and planning. No proper way to book deliveries or reschedule deliveries. They delivered the bed at the incorrect time and then wouldn't reschedule. Useless

Had a great experience with David Phillips again - they never let us down. Driver was running a bit late due to traffic but called and updated us - excellent customer service.

My mum’s had the interior of her flat mostly furnished by David Phillips for the past five years. I have had the pleasure of dealing with them for her for the past five years also. I want to firstly emphasise how unmatched their customer service is. I have been speaking to two lovely customer service agents both on the phone and email (Ellie and Kirby) and my god - the level of patience, attention to detail and speediness of their responses has blown me away. They have stayed so patient with some of my mum’s issues with a few mattresses and some repairs/replacements to some furniture. They don’t shy away from providing recommendations, solutions and constant advice. I have both worked in customer service and received a lot of customer service in my lifetime and I can honestly say, this company and these two lovely girls are up there for me. My last correspondence from them to date is them literally agreeing to have five mattresses delivered for my mum to see their tension and if it’s okay for her back as she has back issues. I’m not sure of what other company would be this helpful to be honest.

Secondly, we’ve had a few of their installers come and visit over the past five years to install the furniture. The two installers who came to visit this week (Thavindra and Gurman) were so respectful (taking their shoes off in my mum’s house), diligent, speedy and wary of noise.

I hope I have the pleasure of continuing to deal with David Phillips in the future. I rarely leave reviews on TrustPilot but these guys are so worthy of any and all five star reviews they get!

Dealt with Sam Smith on furniture package on the sale of river facing apartment in the Central London. This package not just sold the property but so many of the people viewing the property commented on the wonderful style and furnishing. Dealt with Sam Smith now on a number of occasions, and he is always very helpful and professional. So easy to work with which makes my life a lot easier.

What a great company this is and that's down to the people that work for it. The designers did an amazing job with the design, the logistics team were patient in holding furniture for well over 3-4 months due to delays on my side without question, swaps were made within 2 days where I requested changes. The install team were tidy, careful and friendly. I've used this company twice now and will not go anywhere else for furniture. The quality is incredible by the way - great value for money. Furniture that will last.

I needed some new curtains for my flat. The team at David Phillips were great. Amy Briggs, who handled my order, was superb ! Very polite, super engaging, always prompt in answering my queries and making sure I was looped in to the process and kept up to date on the installation. When the date for the installation was nearer, she was very responsive to my questions and queries.
The service and attention to detail was excellent; the curtains turned out fabulously!
Wouldn't hesitate to engage with David Phillips again should I need any drapes / curtatins.

The team was very helpful and accommodating and friendly. However there were some broken items which were not replaced inspite of requesting.

Overall very good experience and I would use them again and recommend them to friends.

David Phillips were extremely helpful and efficient in producing a team to dress and style my house for sale. They offered some good ideas and the furniture and decoration was of good quality.

Lauren Curtis and Kirby are always a pleasure to deal with at David Phillips, they are always super keen to advise and help and pull things out of the bag to make sure our landlords and tenants are happy couldn't rate them enough. after meeting lauren in person at the office she made sure we knew we could always rely on the company for our needs

I needed to order a cushion cover for a sofa bought several years ago. Shouldn't have been a big deal but it was. They refused to disclose the supplier, which I would understand to a point (David Philips use marketing names for the products they sell), however, they also refused to help me source or order the cushion I need. The told me that I have to by a new sofa. If you order a furniture item from them and a part or piece gets damaged, you are screwed. You have to buy a whole new item.

Lauren our Customer Fulfilment Coordinator at David Phillips was first class in her coordination and service delivery this month. Excellent and speedy communication, she not afraid to get on the phone, even when the news is not positive. Appreciate all your hard work. She makes my job easier. An absolute asset to David Phillips.

Amazing! from start to end.. From the first email i got from Nathan (after my inquiry) to the delivery of the furniture, replacements, exchanges for some items because we wanted to swap due to the size of our rooms... the entire experience was seamless and prompt. Furniture was in good condition and also had a nice contemporary design that we wanted.
