I used David Astburys just over 4 years ago to rent a property in Crouch End. The team were very efficient and professional when completing the tenancy agreement. However, there were some issues during the course of my tenancy, because they kept changing my property managers without any notice! Despite that, I have a new amazing property manager, Alejandra V., who goes above and beyond to address various problems with my flat! The fridge/freezer in my flat broke down yesterday and as soon as I notified Alejandra, she started the process of contacting the landlord and purchasing a new appliance, which was delivered this morning! I was not expecting this issue to be resolved so quickly, but Alejandra is extremely efficient in resolving problems promptly, she has great communication skills and employs a professional mannerism throughout! I am very happy and satisfied having Alejandra as my property manager 🤩 Overall, the team at David Astburys are very professional. Well done to all the team and keep up the good work!
