Terrible customer service. Use at your own risk.
We ordered 2 items and one was inferior quality so I wanted to return it for a refund. They told me it would cost 20 GBP or more to return and it had to be sent registered mail. Only cost 9 GBP, so I sent it. Confirmed delivery but they haven't replied to any emails since to issue me the refund. Lost the cost of the item and the cost of mailing it back.

All the 1 stars are correct.
ADVICE : UK.. contact your bank through their app, and report transaction. Chargeback for potential scam website. My bank refunded me, and guess what ,one day later my item shipped , and a get 2 or 3 tracking emails from Daveandcarter. I still kept my money even though the shipped it.
I did this 3 weeks after placing the order. You can still do chargeback if item is poor quality and has arrived already.
DONT fall for the return expense, if it's not up to standard, banks will now refund and claim it back from THEM
I'm still waiting for amazing shirt to arrive, 5 weeks on 😐.

JUST READ the reviews that are not one star, they all read the same, all are fake, and, one fake reviewer left another review for fashionstreetuk , which is the same set up as Daveandcarter.. Hong Kong. Their replies are identical lol

My silk shirt arrived!! 6 weeks it took. And.. in truth it is very nice..But.. interesting the label in the neck had been ripped out .. or half left anyway. And there is no side label saying what material it actually is. Wonder if it fell of the back of a lorry. 🤔

Extremely poor quality. The blazer came balled up in a cheap plastic bag busted open. Claim they ship quickly, 3-5 business days, but it was over 3 weeks u til the jacket arrived. The quality of the blazer resembles that of costume quality and I wouldn’t wear this out on a date or a business event.

This is a scam company, do not buy. Do not buy anything from them. They are not a UK brand, they are a warehouse in Hong Kong. Their return policy is awful, expecting you to pay for the shipping return costs (about £50 to return). The size guide is dreadful, the customer service is dreadful, what they want is to sell you any old tat and pretend it's a UK retailer, then make it so unpalatable to return you just throw your overpaid, undersized tat in the bin here rather than be out of more money to return it. DO NOT BUY

Absolute joke of a company… no conformation email… no tracking number or email.. merchandise is absolute rubbish, not what was advertised. Stay well clear of this company. Trying to get a refund but I very much doubt it.

Ordered a business blazer from them; 3 and a half weeks later a crumbled up jacket arrived in the post in a parcel no bigger than an A5 envelope.

Not only is it hideously ugly and falsely advertised; but it would go up like a can of petrol.
Contacted these wasters via email to be told I can have 20% off my next order or return the item for a full refund back TO CHINA at my own expense for £50 plus
They’re taking absolute liberties with people. Do not spend your money with them!!!

I order a blazer, got no receipt no email about my order, did finally get a blazer.
Not the blazer I ordered tho, or should I say not the blazer in the picture.
I emailed them and told them they have sent the wrong item.
And I was told as a gesture of goodwill
They will offer me 20% off my next order and I can keep the blazer !
The blazer is a piece of shit, nothing like what I ordered. Why would I want to keep this.
They said to return item it would cost me £50, strange this as they obviously never paid £50 to send it to me as that would have meant they was out of pocket.
Scammers stay well clear.
I will be sending it back to them and claiming my money back from my credit card.

So, Dave and carter, emailed me back, offering me 70% off my next order ( like I would order anything else off them)
They keep telling me that if I want to return the item I would have to pay. And pointing me in the direction of their policies.
It also says in their policies that if the wrong item is received then they will have it back at no cost to the customer.
I’ve pointed this out three times now !
They have now stopped returning emails.
They have no intention of returning my money or sending me the item I actually ordered.
These are scam artists, do not order anything from them.
Taking away the fact the item was not what I ordered, what they did send was disgraceful. Utter tat

They are BS artists of the first degree.. The order was placed October 8th.. No hint of delivery till the 27th. Then the shipping company Evri dumps the package somewhere, nowhere near the delivery address. Dave and Carter have continued to fob me off, making it my problem to get written confirmation from Evri of non delivery.. So as it now stands, I have no goods, have spent the better part of 3 weeks chasing Dave and Carter for a refund.. for goods that were never delivered and there seems no end to this.. scam. Whatever you do, DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE CROOKS!!!

Do not use this site. They give the impression they are a uk company, which they are not. I bought a coat, it was not the right colour or size I order. It was cheap and shoddy. They don't have returns labels and was going to cost £50 to return

The products they are selling are a very poor standard indeed. Do not buy anything! Once you have received it they try to tell you it will cost £50 to return it! It’s a scam as far as I’m concerned!

I ordered 3 items and when they arrived 3 weeks later (even though it said delivery within 3-5 days), they were nothing like the pictures and the explanation of the products I had ordered. They are an extremely cheap material more akin to golf wear rather than the classy polo shirts I had ordered.
When I made contact with them they said I could return them at my own expense of around £50. They offered me 30% off my next order, then 50% off and finally 70% off. Each time I explained that I would never order from them again.
They refuse to pay the return charges even though the items are not as stated.

Although they call themselves Dave and Carter to lure people into a sense that they are dealing with a British/American company, they operate out of China.
The delivery times they state are totally fictitious.

Misrepresentation on a massive scale. This company portrays itself as a couple of lovely chummy blokes looking to change the world of fashion. The reality couldn't be further from the truth.

I ordered two half-zip merino tops and got sent some dreadfully tailored cotton and polyester dish cloths.

I recently ordered a jacket for my son's birthday it took almost 3 weeks to arrive red flag 🚩 When it did arrive I wanted to cry £77.00 down the drain.

Please warn your family and friends they are Chinese con merchants.

I wish I’d read the reviews here before placing my order! My jacket eventually arrived, almost 2 weeks later than I wanted it for, and is absolute RUBBISH! Looks nothing like the picture, not the same colour as in the picture, not filling/padding in the jacket and sizing warble! No labels, and size label inside, had been cut out!
Whilst waiting for the jacket, I had a number of emails to and fro with them, all just fibbing me off, not once would they discuss any cancellation or refund.
Once the jacket arrived, I emailed them my thoughts, also asking again for a refund, and they told me their return policy was to return to China, at a cost of about £50, for a £45 jacket. They also offered me 20% off further purchases. Why would I buy more from them?
I’m sure I’ll get the same reply to my email as others have, to email them, and they will sort things out, but I bet they won’t!!
I have solicitors in the family, so will be speaking to them for advice. If I get anything useful to help others, I’ll add it to another review, this company needs shutting down! I’ll also be chasing trading standards with this, and passing on the company details.
Please don’t let yourself be caught by the same scam!

I received a coat from this company it was not the one I ordered I wanted a winter one with a hood and got a jacket which is no good for nothing I paid over 70.00 for this rubbish it is not even the right size very angery over this .I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SITE ITIS A TOTAL RIP OFF DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING OFF THEM. I ordered and received a boss Huddie, this is definitely not a boss the material is very cheap. The company is not a UK company it is based in Hong Kong . Beware I would never buy anything from them again and should have read the reviews prior to parting with my money

I ordered mens blazer jacket, I wasn't aware that item is not in UK, ok, I ordered- after 2 weeks item arrived not same as on picture, poor quality, and it wasn't cheap brazer. I ask for refund, they told me that return cost will be around $50 dolars! and I pay for this jacket around $50, JOKE, I will send it back anyway
