Using your site was almost effortless (which is important for old technologically challenged people like me). I can’t wait to receive my order.

I purchased a tunic top which the sleeves are way too long and no room for female hips so it rides up.
The t-shirt was big in the body, tight in the hips and drooping shoulders.
The sweat shirt is OK. Reviews said it was thin fabric. I feel the opposite. The hood is double fabric as is the lower seam. It is very much a colder climate winter shirt.
They say 100% refundable. Not so much. They offer 10% refund, 20% off another purchase or you pay for expensive return to china. I will not be buying from them again. When ordering it does not state where it is coming from or that it takes awhile to arrive.

Shipment comes from China - took three weeks to arrive - items listed as 100% cotton are made with polyester blend - no fabric content tags - deceptive tax charges and refund policies - poor quality

J'ai commandé le 15 août deux Tshirts que j'attends toujours, et quand j'écris à l'adresse mail qu'on nous donne il y a un avis disant que cette adresse n'est pas valable !

I made the order and had to click for Seel insurance to cover any delivery issues. I cancelled this retrospectively as I had paid £5.94 for the delivery and the this should be insured already by Dashingsoul and Yodel the delivery company.
Yodel delivered to the wrong address which I have evidenced through photos. So the main issue is with Yodel, but I'm giving Dashingsoul a bad review as I'm now nearly 4 weeks after the delivery and they have not compensated me for the loss of the items ordered.
Dashingsoul are not looking at the information I have provided in the emails and keep sending me the same emails to say I need to pursue with the insurance.
I paid for the delivery and I believe that Dashingsoul is responsible to seek compensation from Yodel and then pass this back on to me.
I can't comment on the quality of the clothing.
Terrible customer services.

UPDATE: Below DashingSoul have responded that I need to contact Customer Services at the email address provided. Just for clarity I have contacted them a total of 10 times from 19/9/2025 - 09/10/2025. All of the emails have provided clearly formated information from Yodel, myself, photographic evidence.
As a result I have recieved 8 emails. 2 Stated they were going to follow up with Yodel. But since those first 2 emails, 3 of the emails have stated I'm to make a claim via the insurance that I don't have (even though I have sent them evidence of this) and 3 have shown me evidence of my order!
I have now recieved an email to say that I have to follow up with Yodel myself.
I have written a Trustpilot review for Yodel as I have contacted them with all of the evidence. They raised it with the depot that made the delivery and the last email stated it was delivered even though my photo's of my property clearly stated that the properties were totally different. I wasn't able to find the property as it was delivered to one with a different design to my local area.

The product range is beautiful. I struggled to pay with PayPal as kept being redirected and losing the original page, but Gpay worked fine. I have ordered previously and found the products took longer to arrive than is common in this modern world, but it was not an excessive length of time.

The products arrived as described and I love to wear them. My only critisism is that the fabric of the t-shirts is not particularly breathable, unsure the fabric mix as no label.

It would also be nice to see some credentials regarding eco sustainability and ethics.

I loved the designs they were offering, so I bought a tee, a long hoodie, and a necklace. The necklace is fine, (although I liked the unique style, it does not stay put and I find myself having to constantly fix it), but the tee had spots on it that were obviously from the ink not being dry when the item was folded; the long hoodie I "might" wear at some point, but I really don't like the fit or feel of the material. The quality control or lack thereof is suspect. Not sure why the neck area has to be so incredibly oversized. This was my first time buying, and it will be my last.
Follow-up: After contacting the company I was told that I would have to cover the cost if returning the item or they could give me a 20% off coupon for my next purchase. That is assuming I would EVER buy from DashingSoul again; I absolutely would not. Hey, I understand that if I just didn't order the correct size or changed my mind, that would be on me, but the t-shirt as mentioned originally, had transfer stains from ink that was not dry and the top is totally unwearable. They will not refund me my money for the defective top. Beware folks!! That's around $80 that I might as well have flushed down the toilet.

Advertising, easy to operate the website, we will see how quickly the delivery time is. Delivery time and quality will be my deciding factor as to when or if I will order again.

Don’t order from this company. The sizing is poor (one item had an XL label on it but it was the same size as the other small item I ordered) and another item supposedly in small was large. And designs printed on really unpleasant fabric. Also if you want to return an item, it’s at your cost, to China and they do their very best to persuade you not to take that route. Plus I wouldn’t be confident of ever receiving the refund in any case. I’m annoyed with myself - perfectly good ££s wasted on garbage.

So disappointed. I bought the v neck t shirt aqua octopus design in a larger size as suggested. The colours are lovely but the fit is awful. I won't be able to wear it. Too broad in the shoulders and narrow at the hips and the v neck is high up so it just looks frumpy.
It took weeks to get here and I can't see any way of returning it.
Really gutted.

De producten komen niet overeen met de foto of de beschrijving.
Items terugsturen is op kosten van de klant en kost meer dan de items zelf.
De shop bood een korting aan als ik de producten zou houden maar ik heb nooit een terugbetaling gekregen.
Ik kan geen review posten op hun website omdat ik het product nooit gekocht heb?!?

I was so glad to see your clothes on facebook again. I fell in love with several of your shirts as you can tell. I bought quite a few.

Il materiale dei capi è scadentissimo. A parte la maglietta di cotone (tessuto specificato al momento dell'acquisto), la felpa e la blusa comprate non hanno neanche l'etichetta di composizione del tessuto e le istruzioni per il lavaggio, non rispettando le normative previste. Le immagini non sono realistiche, dal vivo stampe e colori sono fortemente deludenti. Ritengo che per i prezzi alti richiesti sia un sito truffa!

Ordering was easy. But they send you ZERO tracking information. The "you finished your order" email contained no order number, price info, or other things that ought to come with a receipt. There seems to be no easy way to get in contact with the seller. I hope they come... someday.

I'm now concerned about the quality of the clothes, after reading these reviews. Since it sounds like returning them is going to be impossible, I hope they at least fit.

Wish I'd read the reviews first, before ordering. This is NOT a very professional company, that's for sure. Would not order again, no matter what the clothes end up looking like. It's not worth the stress and uncertainty.

Well I got taken in by a scam, I've learned my lesson to always read reviews first. I never received my order, this company is not upfront that they are sending stuff from China. If you search for them on Reddit you will find confirmation that they steal their designs from other creators and if you get your items at all it's terrible junk. I contacted them letting them know that I know they are a scam and they need to refund my money, they have refused and only then did they send me a obviously fake tracking number. I will now have to report this to my bank and hope they will get my money back for me.

Everything was clear and easy to understand, the pictures were great, and I love the items. The only hard part was choosing just one.
