Valued our home at £210,000-£230,000 when we were looking to sell. However, we chose to go for a different seller due to the high fees.
This company was then chosen to value our property independently when we looked to part exchange with a new build developer 1 month later and they valued it at £190,000.
It’s giving salty for us not choosing them to sell our home.
Very unprofessional arrived 30 minutes late to the valuation, another reason why we chose not to go with them.

Contact Darlows this morning as had leak in my boiler
Georgia answered the call she was so helpful & assured me it would be dealt with today, she was knowledgeable & very friendly as was a bit worried as had no water. She promised to call me back & she did

As a landlord I have used Darlows for a number of years and found that Joanne Davies who handled my properties was excellent and very efficient, I am sad to see her leaving the company and wish her all the best.

Hollie was superb! Easy to approach and communicate with. Nothing was too much problem.

Would have given 5 stars but whilst Hollie was on leave the colleague was the least helpful person I have com across. Delayed the moving in date because he failed to follow through and was unable to answer my simple queries
