This was a last minute booking and Natasha was very patient and attentive. She checked up on us regularly. Hotels in Makkah and Madina were close to Haram.
Only downside was the transport company but Nastasha tried to resolve everything even though it wasn't in her control. She went above and beyond to help us.
Definitely recommend Natasha and the company.
