Dansclockshop Recenzje

Ordered a quartz SKP Seiko movement mechanism 12mm shaft to replace the old Tochigi Toke one.
The clock is a Baskerville Oxford with a 17cm face.
Easy to install as I followed the brilliant video on Dan's website.

Very good service and also Dan responds quickly to his emails as it was my case.

The clock is now ticking away with no issue at all.

Thank you very much.

Eric

I found an exact replacement easily on their website which was actually delivered less than 20 hours later ! Brilliant service, very reasonable prices & full replacement instructions available to download. Second time I've used Dan's and I have been impressed both times - thanks !

After giving a bit more thought into how I would find what I really needed for my clock repair, I was surprised at the range of clock products available.
I guess I struck lucky as my parts arrived extremely quickly and were exactly what was needed, at a price I think that was fair.

I needed to replace a clock mechanism and had already got the wrong one from Amazon, so was delighted to come across Danclockshop online.

This is good old fashioned service at its very best. The clock mechanisms aren't expensive, so i was surprised and delighted that Jen spent time with me to work out exactly what I needed, replying quickly each time and posting it straight on to me for next day delivery.

Once you have the right mechanism, the replacement itself is easy - especially as there is a nice 'how to' video on the website. So I now have my favourite kitchen clock up and running again and can stop looking up at the blank wall 100 times a day!

Thanks again Jen and Dansclockshop, I will be recommending you to everyone.

Required a couple of clock movements and they came Quickly.
fantastic service.
I need more mechanisms so will be back soon.

I ordered a replacement quartz pendulum mechanism for a striking clock I bought online from Italy some 20 years ago. It had started losing time despite changing the battery. I found this company online and I checked with them that what I was replacing, was what was going to be sent out to me. They were exceptionally helpful and despite my original hands not fitting the new mechanism, they advised me on some replacements which I ordered and work wonderfully. I now have a working clock again, keeping good time.

don't normally leave feedback on Trustpilot but dealing with these guys was a joy. a very small transaction but treated with real urgency and in the post same day, delivered the day following. priced competitively also
