Leider ging das Paket verloren. Der Kundendiest war sehr freundlich und hat sich um eine gute Lösung bemüht. Wir suchten einen ähnlichen Arikel aus und mit dieser Lieferung hat alles geklappt. Vielen Dank!

Frustrating delivery, but great customer service
The delivery process was very frustrating. The GLS tracking was inaccurate, I received no SMS or email notifications, and the parcel arrived with damaged packaging and a missing item (RDE2736).
However, I want to say thank you to Danielle for her continued support throughout this whole process. She was responsive, honest, and eventually processed a full refund for the missing item.
I hope the logistics issue can be improved in the future. But I truly appreciate the customer service I received.

The customer service was extremely supportive and responded very quickly. Very trustworthy – I’m really impressed. I placed an order and asked for urgent dispatch and delivery because I realised I had left my order a bit too late. The item arrived the very next day. I’m absolutely delighted with the service!
