I have nothing but good things to say about Damonza. They have designed three covers for me that are not only beautiful but dramatic. Robynne has been especially helpful and patient in designing these as I have given detailed input because of specific elements I needed for the stories. I'm looking forward to future covers with Damonza. They are the best!

The turnaround was fast, the cover was good, and they were quick to respond. Good stuff.

The cover exceeded my expectations. It was spot-on for genre and somehow expressed some of the heart of my story in a gripping snapshot. Additionally, at every step of the process, communication was prompt and clear.

This was my second time using Damonza and once again they did not disappoint. I absolutely love my cover and they worked through multiple versions and edits to make sure I was satisfied. Highly recommended!

First, the most important end product - the cover - was superbly done. Every one of my writer friends wanted to know who did it because they really liked it.
Second, response times were faster than Damonza said to expect.
Third, I made a lot of changes on the cover and the interior and they never complained or told me to get my act together.
Fourth, I will hire Damonza when my next book is ready.

What they do well:
Damonza is professional, responds promptly, has a very reasonable price for the service they provide, and overall are great to work with.

What could be improved:
There were several items, specifically with the interior changes, that I needed to call out multiple times in order to have them addressed properly. I was surprised by this because I didn’t recall this happening with my first experience working with them 4 years ago.

At the end of the day, I am extremely happy with the result so it hurts to give anything less than 5 stars. Where they lack, they made up tenfold with the end result.

Robynne was professional and responded timely to my many emails. The formatter and book cover designer did a great job working with me as the project evolved from one book to two volumes. They were patient and most accommodating as I made changes along the way. The only suggestion for improvement would be reviewing the edits before submitting for the client’s review. I found more errors than expected, which took time to identify and get corrected. That aside—great experience. I will definitely recommend Damonza. Thank you!

This was my first book, so I am new to self-publishing. For someone with minimal computer skills and publishing a book, I hit the jackpot working with Damonza. They were professional, provided guidance, and were very patient. Look no further for formatting a book. Robynne is a jewel to work with!

Great service with gorgeous results and deep market knowledge

My first experience with Damonza was good. I bought the best package available, and the designer worked with me to get a good cover.

The second time, I bought a less expensive package, and the designs were good. However, the animated ad they sent me was not the same as the cover and it had to be corrected.

My third time, I bought the best package again but was shocked at the drop in quality. One of the mock-ups was so bad, I couldn't believe it. I feel like my project was farmed out to a designer of lesser quality. I cancelled the project and got my money back. I no longer feel confident in this design service.

The team is attuned to our cover ideas and gets it right with minimal edits. Robynne is great at coordinating everything.
