Expat Based Abroad - Wanting to Get Into Property!

I met Kris through Linkedin following his recent work..... I was looking to get into the property game but didn't really know where to start. Right from the initial phone call I noticed Kris was passionate and genuine about his work, he guided me through the whole process with such thing as a silly question. He took the full responsibility to source, buy, renovate and market my property all whilst I was working full time abroad.

I would gladly recommend Kris to anyone looking to make a start in the property game! Looking forward to working together in future!

Kris sourced a property for me and was there to guide me through the whole process. It has been a great experience. I highly recommend him and his team.

We met kris a few weeks back, down in Gateshead, he’s a top professional at what he does, we have been working with him since sourcing various properties in the north east, Kris is prompt and professional always answering back within the hour, if only his golf was as good as his investments …

This is the first deal I have done with Kris and hopefully many more to come.

I passed a deal on to Kris that I secured in Aberdeen and within a couple of hours he managed to find a buyer for it. He was very quick in replying and very professional to get the deal over the line.

Would 100% recommend Kris for anyone looking to invest with or for any sourcing needs.

Absolutely fantastic best in the business could not be happier with the services I receive I would and will recommend to anyone and everyone

Kris is great to deal with. Easy and quick to communicate with. Would highly recommend him to anyone. Totally transparent and genuine.

Kris is a top man and a pleasure to deal with. Ive done a flip with him on a property and it was a top experience from the start. Hes a down to earth lad and his build team are 10/10 for refurbs. Kris is always honest about situations regarding property aswell. He is helpful and messages back usually straight away. 5 star plus

Had a deal agreed with Kris and due to the lender later down-valuing the property the deal fell through. This was after we had paid all fees to Kris. Kris was extremely helpful, trustworthy and genuine throughout the whole process and refunded every penny even though the deal falling through was no fault of his own.

Travelled down from Scotland to meet Kris today.

It was absolutely first class. He has bags of knowledge and attention to detail is off the charts with how much he has going on! We got to visit all the properties he has got going on right now and hear his breakdown which was invaluable.

He has filled me with confidence to start working in the north east and can’t wait to get stuck in!

I’ve been working with Kris for 6 weeks and have secured 3 deals from him and the first one completed today. Very transparent, no nonsense, honest guy who does what he says. Great teams in place to help from financing, legals, refurbishment and finally renting at the back end. Highly recommended! On top of simply finding me deals that fit into my strategy, his experience and knowledge has helped me refine my strategy to maximise results. 3 deals secured with many more to go!

Fantastic dealing with Kris.
The deal required further checks for damp. Kris was very patient and understanding of any worries I had regarding the deal.
I bought the deal from Kris in the end. Great to deal with.

Working with Kris and the team was an amazing experience from start to finish. Great communication throughout. Kris and the team have a deep understanding of the property space and are thoughtful and considerate in their dealings. They do what they say they will and delivered great results.

I’ve been working with Kris for over a year now, and what an experience it’s been!!

I’m an overseas investor, making trust, reliability and communication critical….Kris has all of those and more.

If your looking for a competent professional with cracking BMV deals and a willingness to mentor you along the way….look no further.

I’m 2 deals down already and I look forward to continuing to work with Kris in the future.

Thanks for your help mate!

Done a few deals with kris now BTL’s and flips. Very easy to deal with and great deals. Was a complete hands off service with refurb done to a very high standard. Currently working on more deals together, would highly recommend working with kris.

I have worked with Kris on a number of deals and have always been very impressed. He stands by his word and moves quickly.
Having worked with numerous property sourcers and buyers, Kris has stood out for his knowledge, work rate and passion for getting the deals over the line.

Travelled down from scotland to meet Kris for the day. He showed me around his different projects and how he goes about his business daily. Top man with bags of knowledge and was willing to help in any way. Have total trust and confidence in Kris to start my property journey with him!

Kris is a very professional and hard working individual who always goes above and beyond. This man knows exactly what to do in every aspect of property investing and personally wouldn’t go anywhere else 🙏

Kris is great to deal with. Straight talking and trust worthy. 100% will be doing business again.

I have worked with Kris for just under 6 months as a property solicitor for his own investments and for his clients.

He is highly professional, respectful and of course his knowledge of the North East as a sourcer and investor is unparalleled.

With the same work ethic, communication skills and “can do” attitude, we both complement each other’s skills and mindset in getting the job done when needed.

Kris certainly has a huge future in the industry.
