Dalziel Ventures  Recenzje

I met Kris some time ago and followed his journey on socials. soon after, I was presented with a deal I wanted to move on. I contacted Kris who then viewed, made an offer and proceeded to legals. The viewing being on a Friday and the deal being in legals by the following Monday.

I’ve also completed services for Kris since then, which was also very easy and hassle free.

For all things property, see Kris!

Working with Dalziel Ventures was a pleasure from start to finish, Kris offers a professional service which can be seen with the amount of detail and effort he puts into his work!

I gave Kris money on a fixed return basis for one of his projects. Throughout the process he kept me up to date with everything and the loan plus the interest was paid back 2 months earlier than agreed!

Really great communication, worked quick to get things done with my house sale, would really recommend!

I first met Kris around 18 months ago now and finally invested in a property with him late last year. The whole process was seamless and despite how busy he clearly is, he always responded extremely quickly. He regularly provided updates on the progress and personally took me around the property to explain the plan for the renovation. I’d highly recommend him for anyone looking to get a great return on investment and learn more about property at the same time.

Working with Kris was a pleasure. Speed and effectiveness when it matters! Definitely looking forward to doing more business together

If you want to start something or seek knowledge in something, best doing it with someone that has skin in the game and practices what they preach. No better man for the job than Kris. Been working together for a little under a year and 3 properties in I can’t fault it. He couldn’t be more open and honest throughout the process, communication always great.

Can’t recommend Kris highly enough. Soo helpful, goes above and beyond. Have purchased one deal from him so far, first of many!

Kris, is a genuine and honest guy, there a few snakes in the property industry, but Kris is one of the good guys, I have done a few deals with Kris and he has been first class, great communication!

Every dealing I’ve had with Kris has been a pleasure from start to finish. always happy to walk through the details in Lehman’s terms for someone who isn’t as experienced in the property game like myself. Just a genuine bloke who is always available no matter how busy he seems to be.

Kris is really helpful and amazing to deal with would highly recommend anyone looking to invest. He buys regularly and so does his investors and I’ve never had any issues.

Kris is an absolutely amazing guy to work with.
Done a couple deals with him now everything has always ran nice and smoothly. Always very clear on how everything will go and keeps you well informed when things are moving forward.

Would highly recommend to anyone!!

Recently used Kris to sell one of our BTL properties, he managed to find us a buyer within 24 hours and agreed on a fair price for both buyer and seller. He kept in touch through the process and was always at hand when needed. Cant ask for anything else. Genuine guy and would use again!

Have work with Kris and the team at Dalziel Ventures for a number of years now. Never experienced anything than the up most professionalism, would highly recommend their services.

Worked with Kris a few times now and has always been great to deal with. Always quick and responsive and deals with any issues. Super efficient and gets great deals for investors.

Kris is brilliant has made the process 10x easier than I ever imagined it to be.

Cannot recommend highly enough.

Kris is one of the most knowledgeable men, in a niche I have met. Always makes himself available to help others grow and we’ve had fun whilst doing so. Really learnt a lot so far in the early months of working together and couldn’t recommend highly enough.

Kris is a fantastic guy first and foremost. We co-sourced a deal together and from day 1 he was professional, transparent, and above all else takes action. He means business and gets the job done. He’s hugely passionate and knowledgeable about property and offers advice whenever asked straight away. Would highly recommend working with Kris! We are looking forward to working together for many more years to come. Thank you Kris!

I have been working for kris for over a year, delivering his renovations for his personal investments and investors. He is very easy to work with and is great for paying invoices on time. We always hear great feedback from his investors when they check in on progess and the works we are carrying out, I am yet to see a time in the day he’s not active on his phone responding to investors or my team for any queries or questions !

Met kris threw a crypto chat and he was speaking to me about getting into property 2021 and I kept delaying it and delaying it as I was unsure and still learning, gutted I didn’t start sooner as kris is a genuine guy that’s willing to share his knowledge and give you opportunities for both you to make money, look forward to 2025
