After watching Kris on Instagram and listening to him on podcasts, finally decided to send him a message and couldn’t believe how much time he gave me. After the call and telling him what I want, he brought me a few deals but finally took the plunge and my only regret is not taking some of the deals he offered me previously. Helped with putting me in touch with a broker and chasing up solicitors. Looking forward to doing more together in 2026.

Been in talks with kris for many months about buying a property and I finally made the decision to go for it. kris provided a full service from sourcing, Managing renovation and letting the property which was a very fast and painless process throughout. Honestly cant rate Kris highly enough, his deals blow everyone out of the water, and he isn't just a property sourcer and investor he is one of the most down to earth guys you will ever meet. He doesn't just source properties but keeps in touch every step of the way, lining up solicitors, contractors and estate agents, or even lettings if that's your exit. He always replies on whatsapp and is always happy to help.

My wife and I had talked property investing to death for years before meeting Kris and i'm pleased to say he gave us the confidence and the belief to get going. We've recently completed our first project with Kris and the whole experience has been excellent.

He sourced us exactly the sort of property we were looking for and helped us so much by recommending us everyone we needed in the process - solicitor, bridging finance company and local builder - all of whom have been brilliant.

There was a slight issue with the property where more work was needed than originally anticipated and Kris made a contribution towards paying that. There was nothing at all to say he should, but that shows what he's like to work with. Really honest, totally upfront and there every step of the way.

If you are not sure about how to get started in property development and getting a portfolio going, I can't recommend him enough and look forward to hopefully working with him for many years to come.

I had asked him a month prior to find me a deal in Stirling and without much prompt, he followed through.
The deal ended up valuing 5k higher than predicted and renting out for £50 per month more than predicted.
