We recently had our bathroom remodelled by Dale Saunders Ltd and couldn't be happier with the result. Jamie, the plumber, was professional, reliable, and skilled in all the tasks - plumbing, tiling and painting. He was ably assisted by electricians, a plasterer and Tom kept the place neat and tidy. They cheerfully completed the project despite discovering that more tiles had to be removed than expected while also offering helpful suggestions and design ideas along the way. Dale himself was also very helpful. The end result was a beautiful and functional new bathroom that exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Dale Saunders for any bathroom project.

Updated my bathroom exactly as I wanted, then I recommended to 2 neighbours. One was an emergency call out and one of Dale's lads turned up in just 20 minutes

Having used Dale Saunders for a number of years myself, I had no hesitation in recommending them to my Mum. Following a fall, she needed a new shower cubicle. The quote was quickly emailed o me and Mum rang the office to arrange for the fitting. Rhys was very prompt and finished the job in less time than expected and left the bathroom clean and tidy and all rubbish was removed. Highly recommend.

First class service. Had a new shower wall fitted and a brilliant new shower. Carl was very helpful. They were very efficient and came when they said that they would. Left my bathroom neat and tidy. I could not fault the excellent service. Oh I had a new kitchen tap which had been lying around waiting to be fitted and they fitted it free of charge. Works great. Leaking washer in toilet cistern resulted in the plumber replacing the fill valve and a washer. It took about 45 minutes. We were expecting the charge to be £65 plus vat plus parts. A total of £120 was charged. I would have expected the parts to cost around £10. I asked for an itemised bill and received an invoice but without the itemised prices. Since then my 96 year old mother has had to use a bucket of water to flush the toilet because it doesn't flush. Ref 38322

We had an emergency call out for heating failure in our holiday let but within 2 hours a plumber arrived and sorted the problem.

Called for help after being left with no heating after a bathroom installation by another company.The service I firstly received on the phone was excellent within 30 minutes Ben arrived .We have recently moved into a bungalow which needed work ,Ben didn't stop until he found the problem reassuring us all the way .One week later Ben came and completed the job. Absolute superb superb we are so glad we have registered and would never use anyone else .

I called up earlier today (22/09) whoever it was who answered the landline had such an attitude and was so rude, I didn't even manage to finish speaking before he hung up the phone.. Certainly will never call back!!

We have had Dale Saunders servicing our old boiler since moving to this property 5 years ago. They were also on hand to plumb in aspects of our new kitchen 2 years ago. When we recently found that the boiler we had inherited required a replacement we didnt hesite to engage them to replace it and supply & fit new toilet washbasin with vanity unit in our bathroom at the same time.
The quote was very reasonable and booking was convenient & quick.
All work has now been carried to a very high standard by experienced plumber Sean with his smiley apprentice Tom. No mess or damage, no dramas at all.
We could not be happier with all aspects of the job and would highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs

Once again this year Engineer Aiden was polite and professional and assured me boiler I had serviced was in good condition and with no problems, which is good to know for the forthcoming winter months !

Over the past few years this company has maintains and improved our heating system, renewed our bathroom and kitchen. Recently they replaced our ancient boiler. We have always been very happy with their excellent work. They are kind, professional, caring and this comes at a reasonable cost. Most importantly they are fun to have around. Typical lovely local family firm that you can rely on. My wife and I have no hesitation in recommending Dale Saunders.

Whenever I have needed DS they have always been 100% professional and have always tried to help promptly. Alex Reynolds and the team are polite and keep me informed on how the work is progressing. This is important to me as they are working in my elderly Mothers property and you need a trustworthy engineer. As I live 50 miles away from my Mother this an important factor . Dale Saunders are brilliant .

Was recommended a plumber to fit me a new combi boiler well the bloke made a complete muck up of it and when he was confronted about it walked off the job and left me high and dry, Dale Saunders was then recommended to me and they were my knights in shining armour, they did a lovely job and the men were really lovely and helpful, so can highly recommended them

A transformation of my bathroom. Competent, hard working plumber also gave really good advice on new radiator and flooring and coped brilliantly with various problems which arose. I have always found the service from Dale Saunders employees to be very good. This time it was excellent.

Needed to upgrade heating system, approached two plumbers both who visited the property and knew what needed to be done. One provided a formal the other did not even do that. Then neither answered phone called back to messages left.
Dale Saunders on the other hand...
Was recommended by a friend. They came out on a Thursday. Formal quotes by the following Tuesday (which was cheaper than previous one provided). All agreed and works carried out the following Monday - for three days. From picking up the phone to completion approx' 14 days.
All good, there were some "settling in issues" but Chris came out that night (circa 8pm) and resolved all. Cannot praise highly enough

Very impressed with the complete service provided by Dale and his team. Very efficient office staff, comprehensive initial survey by Dale followed by prompt and organised workmanship by the team of Plumbers and Electricians, all co-ordinated extremely well. This was a job already started and ruined by another company and I was astonished by the way DS Ltd were able to strip back and re-create a fantastic new shower enclosure. Jamie was a standout member and always explained the process with attention to detail, a credit to the team. Would certainly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to use again in the future. First class service.

What an excellent job I would certainly use them again

very disappointed. contacted this company requesting a quote for a bathroom refurbishment and they wouldn't even come out - said they were "extremely booked up with quoted works" Considering I am in no particular hurry for the work to be carried out I thought this was extremely rude.
