We supply trained carers to those who need help within their own homes on a personal and 1-1 basis. All of our team specialise in a variation of services including help with meal preparation, medication administration, domestic support, shopping support, social visits and trips to appointments and days out. We began in August 2024 and are a very small team of self-employed carers helping better the lives of individuals within our region.

I’ve worked for Daisy since day one. I had no hesitation in accepting the role at Daisy as I have previously worked with the owners and know first hand how passionate they are about the care they provide. I have worked at quite a few care providers locally and none have been as flexible and supportive of their service users or their carers. Carers are valued just as much as the service users. I’ve always enjoyed seeing my service users smile when they see me walk through the door and I love going home knowing I’ve done a good job and people are safe with their needs met, whatever those needs might be.
All the carers genuinely care about their service users and we worry about them when we aren’t at work because we all genuinely care about them. Care isn’t just a job you do for a wage, it’s a vital lifeline for many vulnerable and isolated people and I’m proud to be say that I work for Daisy.

I work for Daisy and this is my first job. I am only 18 years old and was extremely new to care. The staff are absolutely amazing people to work for and were very welcoming and understanding. The clients are also a pleasure to work for and are absolutely amazing. 100% recommend Daisy, I have enjoyed what I do everyday!!
This is such an amazing company to work for. They are there with any concerns or problems that you may come across. We provide love and care to each of our clients as if they are family. Our clients love seeing us on a day to day basis and get to know each and every one of us. We treat all clients with dignity and respect and the company that sometimes they miss out on. I would not want to work anywhere else as the management and carers are all very supportive and continue to provide such amazing care on a daily basis.
I work for daisy and I can honestly say I work for the best company, theres not just care staff if we are short admin staff are always on the road with us, we work as a team, admin are not just sat in the office they work the roads with us all. They may not get back to you as quick as you expect and this is the reason. There not just admin, we are all a team . Administration staff never even bothered to answer my email about the attitude of one of their carers.
Their carer was blocking and parking across my drive,hence making it difficult for me to exit.
I asked her politely if she could park up the drive at the house she was visiting and I then received a lairy response from her, 'Well I suppose I can' Such an attitude.
I reported her to Administration and they haven't had the decency to acknowledge my complaint . How bad is that for a company?

We take any concerns regarding the conduct of our staff very seriously. We have been conducting our own investigation into the matter and felt it was appropriate to complete this before responding. We were therefore intending to respond to you on Monday once we had established the relevant facts.
Our administrative staff also work within the care team, and as a result, responses to correspondence can sometimes take a little longer than we would like, particularly when staff are providing care to our clients. We appreciate your patience in this regard.
In relation to the parking, we understand that you had asked our carer to park on our client’s driveway. As a matter of practice, we do not ask our carers to park on our clients’ drives where this can be avoided. We aim to keep driveways clear for emergency services and other essential access, which, as you can appreciate, is particularly important given the nature of the care services we provide.
That said, we fully appreciate that this does not excuse you feeling that you were spoken to in an inappropriate or disrespectful manner, and we are sorry that you were left feeling this way.
We take your concerns seriously and will address any issues identified as part of our investigation. We hope this provides some clarification regarding the circumstances and our approach.
