This company is a scam. They refuse to let me return items that are cheap quality and do not fit. They are refusing to respond to my emails. They took to long to send the order and I thought they were a scam originally so I disputed the charges they were so upset they sent me a threatening letter. I dropped the dispute cause they said they were not going to allow me to return now they are all together not responding to me at all and not allowing me to return items. I will go ahead and dispute the charges. They are the worst unprofessional company I have ever dealt with.. Dont fall for this crooked company

I think I’ve been scammed.

I ordered a pair of trousers that arrived and didn’t fit me properly. I didn’t realise there was a 14 day return policy that you can only receive instructions for via email(?), so I emailed in to let them know that I want to return the trousers for a smaller size that fit better. They responded quickly to say that if I place my new order now it will expedite the return, but I was slightly skeptical of this and I responded to ask for return instructions so I could return the trousers first, receive my refund then order a new pair so I didn’t pay twice. They are now refusing to respond to me with return instructions, and the 14-day return policy has passed so I doubt they will allow me to return them now anyway.

There are a lot of 1-star reviews on here - please listen to them before buying from this website. If they were legit they would be responding to these reviews as well, which leads me to think that all their 5-star reviews are bots and this company is a scam. They need to be shut down.

Don’t even bother ordering from this site. I ordered these after seeing the adverts as the trousers looked amazing and they had a half price sale on. I purchased the cream trousers for £35. When I tracked the order, I saw they were in China. Then when they arrived 2 weeks I opened them and tried them on, I realised they were a different shade to what I purchased, they are a thin, cheap material which feels horrible. They were too big but this is not their fault, however I was disappointed with the material and quality as in the advertisements they were describing the product as “people ask if they have been tailored to me” which could not have been further than the truth. I then read the reviews on here and was frustrated as they don’t even have a returns address on their page so you have to email them. Then when you email they offer you an exchange of a different colour or size. When you say no and you request a refund they send you a massive email saying you have to pay to send it back and you will be refunded 10% of what you paid or €15 credit for their site, which is profound. I then saw on reviews that they are telling USA customers to return their items to Sheffield in the UK. However when I asked to refund they gave me an address in New York. When I disputed this and sent the Sheffield address they gave me a long, automated reply saying about how they distribute stock to different places so everyone can access stock. Each time I fought back they offered me a further discount, almost to keep me quiet. Keep away!

Don’t bother. They will send you items that don’t follow their provided sizing charts that are poor quality or even the wrong color. They will ask you to send back to another country even though they provide others with return addresses in yours and pay for the shipping even if it was clearly a quality issue. If you dispute with your credit card on their lack of quality/reasonable effort to resolve a quality issue on their end they will threaten you with legal action(laughable).

terrible customer service. drop shipping items from China then making people pay over £21 in shipping cost if you want to return it. Or giving 3.50 refund if they don't want to pay the.

clothing is extremely low quality . Very cheap fabric. A completely different colour in person. You can buy something of shein for £5-£7 and it will be better quality and you can actually return it. This brand drop shipped from China anyway.no where on the website does it tell customers this by the way. they make because send the item back to a new york address. Strange when the tracking shows it's drop shipped from China

Scammers don't give them your money

This company is misrepresenting their products and ends up scamming their customers by providing expensive overseas return addresses (US if you're in the UK, UK if you're in the US) or a 10% refund of the original purchase price. I wish I had read the reviews before buying, the only positive ones are likely the company trying to combat their ever decreasing rating. If you decide to initiate a chargeback (& are successful) due to the business's unethical return practices, you will receive multiple threatening emails from fraudulent personnel (including a fake attorney) in an attempt to get you to remove the chargeback or face legal repercussions. Again, all the emails are scams, just like this company.

Trading Standards need to intervene as this company is breaching regulations selling clothes that look nothing like their website! They are copying images from other companies like Commense as the photos are exactly same except when I purchased the same trousers from Commense they were much better quality. I contact Daisy Grace to complain and all they offered was 20% off despite the quality being so poor and faults with stitching that I can not wear them. They refused a refund unless I pay for international return which is the same price as the trousers. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS A CON!!!

Wish I had read these reviews before purchasing. Shipping took forever, only to find out they sent me the wrong length. I commented on their IG post and I got one of those fake cutesy replies asking to DM them and they’d fix the issue. Once I emailed they responded by asking for pictures and….videos (?) of the pants and the tags, weird but ok. I sent them. Then they asked for a picture of the bag the item was packaged and mailed in. I threw that away, I have an online receipt, pants have tags and are unworn. Why would I need a bag? The best they could do was offer a 20% discount so I could spend more money on their website…. If I returned the pants and paid for return shipping.. FROM THE US TO THE UK!! It would cost almost as much as the pants. So I’d be paying for their mistake and left pantless. ridiculous. THE PANTS AREN’T EVEN CUTE. They look cheap, that slightly shiny thick fabric and thick elastic waist. They don’t accentuate the body like they advertise. They’re way too loose on the hips. Instagram advertising at its best.

Total scam. The two trousers I got look nothing like the ones in the ad. They have an elastic band in the back and look really cheap, not a real fitted cut. Returning cost was very expensive. I had to get my credit card company involved to arbitrage this. Luckily, it settled in my favour in the end.

Ordered two pairs of trousers in large (as I thought these would fit a size 12) but they did not fit sadly, too small. The quality was also poor. They took weeks to arrive and now I have been asked to pay for shipping back to new York from the UK, which costs as much as the trousers did. Should have read the small print, avoid to avoid disappointment and expense!

From china, poor quality, long time to arrive, and expensive. Horrible fit. And the return is more expensive than the pants. Im giving two stars because the customer services was very responsive.

The pants I purchased was scratchy and of poor see through material. The sender's address was in Illinois but they company required the return to go to the UK. It is just another barrier for the customer to not get their money back on a scam.

Avoid. I purchase a pair or black pants and the quality is poor. After a couple of wears, the material started to pill. I emailed to provide that feedback and they responded to say its too bad because it is 30days since I received my pants. Not a happy customer

The white pants are very see through and overall constructed from poor material. In my opinion, the advertising on Instagram does not reflect what I received. The pants are baggier and has elastic at the back, which then looks like sweat pants made from polyester. Should avoid as they expect you to pay for return and it is expensive outside of UK. Which means you are forced to keep an item that you won't wear. I bought the mocha and the white and both are very disappointing.

Came broken and the company will not fix. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

They claimed to make high quality trousers but what turned up was cheap fabric and an elasticated waistband.

The trousers took nearly three weeks to arrive despite having marketed themselves as a UK based brand with a website specifically for UK custom. This is the drop shipping red flag.

Their returns policy states that the customer pays for returns. This is fine but not when the only option for a ‘returns address’ is based in New York, USA.

I purchased two pairs for sizing (planned to return what didn’t fit or exchange for another colour). Item looks nothing like the pictures and videos. Just a basic pair of synthetic pants you could get from Kmart. I did purchase the long length which were long so they might be worth it for someone who needs longer leg pants, but not worth it for the price tbh even the “sale” price which is always on sale. Returning/exchanging is made difficult as they advise you to purchase what you want to exchange for and THEN they will give you details to return the original items. This is particularly scammy. I asked for the return details first and they eventually sent me a random address in the UK which was going to cost me almost the same price as the pants just to return them. Absolute waste of time and money. Like the other reviews, I wish I read them before buying.

So far not having good experience with customer service. Since they are contacted via email and take days to respond. Now I got on to see the reviews on this daisy grace company and feeling like I probably got scammed already. I haven't received my pants yet they are still on the way. However, as soon as I ordered my pants I realized I put the wrong size. I emailed literally the second after and customer service responded couple days after saying "we will let you know if able to fix it." Which not super helpful in my opinion. I would recommend not to purchase from this store as customer service takes long to reply and shipping you can only do in 14 days which is initiated by emailing which if i need to return will probably not be able to with how slow they are in getting back. Recommend not to purchase and it is a scam in money!!
