I wish I had read the reviews before being fooled by the Instagram ads. The items are shipped over from the US, so if they don't fit, it's extremely expensive to send them back. They are cheap, flimsy trousers.

where do I start ? Firstly I cannot believe that I did not check them out before I bought !
It’s a very clever campaign from Daisy Grace on instagram- believe me when the trousers came I could not believe the state of them ! The quality is shocking ! You would not pay more than £5 for them !
Secondly, as I can see from all the other reviews, they have refused to refund me - dispute them claiming full refunds within 14 days. They have instead offered me £3.50 instead of £37.00.
SCAM ! SCAM ! Thieves !!!!!!!!!!

Quality was terrible - probably the worst I have experienced.
Returns are also awkward and costly

Never buy this shitty brand. This is a total scam.
The product is the worst quality ever. Clearly a made in china trousers that you will pay a looooot more than the actual value.
Also they won’t allow you to return your product.
Don’t believe the ads that you would see, the brand only work with partnership to convince you to buy their shitty product

Complete scam.

Even if you want to cancel the order is not possible. They’ll answer only when the item is “shipped” to tell you it’s not longer possible to cancel the order.

They do not refund, the item comes from China and the fabric is not the quality you pay for. They also automatically delete bad reviews from their website.

Do not trust this “brand”.

These pants are not quality, they have an odd smell, the fit is weird, and the light colored fabric is too thin. They continue to remove negative reviews after 24-48 hours. The return shipping from the US to UK is around $45, which is nonsense. DO NOT BUY!

Scam. Package came from NY but in order to place a return, you have to ship to UK lol.. yes I knew I would have to cover return cost but no where did it say it was international. Need an exchange? Place another order, send an email- return package to NY. Complete scam

Shipping took 20 days.
Quality is poor, material is see through even with white underwear.
Material is so thin and scratchy

They are complete trash. The fabric is like plastic and the shape not the same in the photos. I reached out to CS the day they arrived and they refused to return the full amount, but offered a 20% refund instead, burned money.

Don't buy from them! Thieves!
I ordered 3 pairs of pants (160$) which arrived much too large and of poor quality! I had to pay $30 to send it back internationally (because they don't accept returns) and 2 months later, still no refund! No more email replies either.
I'm going to have to take legal action for theft.

No return - trousers are to big. Asked for a return, they said I can order new size. I replied saying would like to return and replied unfortunately we do not accept return it will cost more for the customer but can process 10% back or $15 Credit. No reply from last email, hopefully get the 10% back so lost out on £64 :-(. I also got hooked from instagram advertisement!

I paid for two pairs but only one was processed and I have Never received the trousers, just says they are ordered , and in transit.

Got sucked in via Instagram. Pants are cheap and WAY too large. They essentially tell you that you can't return the pants unless you pay an exorbitant amount in shipping. This site is a scam.

Further to my review about the see-through trousers below. I asked to return them, they said I could exchange, but if I wanted a refund I would have to send them to an address in the US. They know that nobody wants to pay the postage costs. So unfair. When I asked if I would have to send the trousers to the US for an exchange, they said they would make a 'one time exception' and let me send them to the UK. LOL! If you have a distribution and exchange point in the UK then it can accept returns, this is deliberate.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. The biggest regret I made was not coming to this site before carting out because I got sucked into the flashy Instagram stories and ended up buying not one, but 4 pants at one go just because I thought I snagged a good deal. This cost me a total of USD150. Like many here, I found out that I got scammed after searching for this brand more and wrote in to cancel my order within 3 mins but claimed that my order was already processed. Fast forward, I received the horrible goods AFTER 2.5 weeks. The pants were made of paper-thin material with a bad fit. Of course I asked for a refund and was made to return to a UK address in Thorncliffe Business Park that is undeliverable (I believe this address is fake) - I spent 25 Euros on the courier, only to get the package returned, undelivered. Sick of their games, I decided to dispute this charge with my bank and the company is THREATENING TO SUE ME!!!! Save yourself the hassle and headache and avoid this company AT ALL COSTS!!! I found many similar pieces on Amazon. Just buy direct from Amazon.

Terrible quality trousers, nothing like the photos and thin cheap material. Took ages to get a response after initiating a return only to be told to send back to New York, at a minimum cost of £17 to an address that seems to undeliverable to according to other reviews. Don't waste your time and money buying from Daisy Grace!

Terrible quality trousers. I don’t know who wrote the reviews on Instagram that are actually good, but they’re all lies. I purchased two pairs and they took weeks to arrive. Although I like the style and length (I’m a tall gal), upon wearing them once they have gone all bobbly all over the butt and down the backs of the trousers. I have contacted customer services and they said I can’t have a refund because I’m out of the returns date- even though I didn’t ask to return them. Honestly, do not waste your money!!!

Their products are nothing like the photos and all their reviews are fake. They delay the return process to a point where you can no longer process the return. They also claim their warehouse is in the UK meanwhile their return address is in Cali making it very expensive to ship items back. Stay away. Save your money on a legit website. This company is a scam.

Terrible sizing, bad quality, it's not worth buying from here! Customer service is awful too.
