Haven’t even gotten my pants yet, but they’re shipping from AliExpress… so shipping will take forever and I can’t imagine the quality is that good.

The fact that the trousers were ever listed at $100 USD is such a scam, makes sense why they had a pop up when placing the order to add another pair for $17…

Complete scam. Trash material. No returns policy and when asked, they send you a random US address and say pay for it yourself

Misrepresentation of products! Clothes style/quality shown online is not the product you receive. Bought two pairs of pants, both arrived very different to what was represented in advertisements - and are cheap, terrible quality. Customer service widely unhelpful, blaming differences in “lighting” as the reason and refused to honour full cash refund. Do not buy from Daisy Grace!

Not only are these pants absolutely atrocious and very cheaply made, but the company is run by criminals! First of all, even if you pick and pay for express shipping, you won't receive your order for at least 2 weeks. And then, in order to process a return, you have to email them to request a return, and they don't respond for over 3 WEEKS! At that time, they tell you you're no longer in the 14 day return window and therefor you are not eligible for a return. Such a scam and such a waste.

I love the quality of the pants and I especially love that the sizes come in different lengths. As a 5'9" woman who typically wears a size 4-6, I often find it difficult to find pants that are long enough. I was really excited when I got my pants from Daisy Grace and they fit perfectly in the waist and length! Great customer service, good quality and love they offer such a wide variety of colors too.

Poor quality clothes, poor quality fabric and they do not fot well. I bought a pair of wide leg pants from London and then essentially could not return them as I would need to pay return shipment back to New York. Definitely not worth the money.

Awful customer service. I ordered a pair of pants 6 weeks ago. And have still not received them.
Customer service is almost non existent.

I should've checked this website first before buying... so oddly shaped around the crotch area and my pants had pen drawn on them.

First of all, the trousers took ages to arrive (about a month or so coming from China).

Second, the quality is absolute garbage. Very cheap synthetic fabric, with threads coming out of everywhere.

Third, returns are too difficult. No pre-paid levels. Returning from the UK would cost more than the trousers. Was forced to keep them, unfortunately.

Horrible, do not purchase here. Quality is completely garbage and so is their support. If you want to return anything you will pay more than what you bought the items for to ship it back to UK even though the package comes from CA.

Total scam website. The trousers I ordered firstly took ages to arrive, when they did they were a totally different colour to what was advertised (mocha) when I questioned this was the response,

“…photos and videos displayed on our website or promotional materials may vary from the actual product or experience…”

Followed by some more AI generated rubbish. So basically nothing we are going to do and just accept that the pant you got was a totally different colour to the one you expected. No returns policy or refund in place.
I bought them in a moment of sleep insomnia madness via an insta ad and wish I had not.
Please do not believe the positive reviews on their actual website as they are mostly fake and negative ones are deleted.

Terrible experience. I ordered a pair of trousers after seeing an ad on Instagram. They took weeks to arrive and were terrible quality, see through trousers with lots of loose threads hanging off the seams. Their return policy is non existent - you have to email them to ask them if they will accept a return! what kind of business operates like that???? I have had zero response after ten days! I fear I won't ever hear from them so am stuck with a poor quality item and have probably lost my money.

SCAM!! Avoid and don't waste your money.

I got a pair of pants that looked a bit different from the picture. I ordered a size medium, which I've always been, and i was pretty tight around the waist. The color was darker that I expected, but the quality was pretty nice.

I ordered from Daisy Grace back in April after seeing their social media ads and was really excited to try their trousers as someone who needs a shorter length. I paid for express delivery but the order did not arrive for 3 weeks and this was after I chased them. When they arrived the trousers were see through and not what was promised in size and length. I contacted Daisy Grace to arrange a refund and after some back and forth they agreed to refund me for sending the product back to their UK location but it had to be tracked postage. I sent it by tracked postage and can see that they have continually not been present to receive the order despite me providing the tracking information. They keep on stalling me on sending my refund through and accepting the return of their delivery. They are also operating under different company names on social media ads so please buyer be warned you will be out of pocket for a useless product. I'm now taking this up with my credit card provider to try and get my money back but I hope that this warning means that no one else suffers the stress that this has caused me!

Not good quality, they arrived with a lot of creases went to iron them and the iron attached like glue to the material leaving a mark.
