DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had for online shopping. I fell in love with a beautiful dress for a wedding I was attending. When it came it was nothing like the picture. Cheap material and much smaller then advertised. When I looked into returning it, it was costing as much as the dress had cost me. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

Been 4 months still no refund, still no dress. Communication with the company offering to resend or refund in good faith I thought I’ll still
aim to receive my dress, however got ghosted this company needs to be reviewed and has been reported to fair work Australia just in case they can stop others from losing $120 dollars

I spent £165 on 3 dresses that were worse than temu! They would not refund me and had pretended to be in a scandnavigan country but its all coming from china. the dresses were disgusting nothing like the photos or measurements. BEWARE THEY HAVE CHANGED EVERYTHING TO 'ELARA & GRACE' now! website, company address, email is all changed STILL A SCAM

Scam !!
Just for everybody’s attention, I contacted my bank and they gave me a full refund and I still have the dresses. And they’ve got a point against their name for scamming on their bank.

Do not order from them!!!!
I ordered 2 dresses. When they arrived they where such poor quality and not as advertised. After many emails trying to get a refund, they finally gave me all the details to return the dresses at my own expense to China. Dresses cost £80, Royal Mail International tracking was about £20, so I returned the dresses even though I was incurring the postage. I sent the parcel on 3rd Sept 2025. Royal Mails tracker kept saying parcel arrived in China, but was being held somewhere. Imagine my suprise when I received the parcel back from China today, over 6 months after I sent it. I have tried to email Dahlia & Grace today at the email address i had previously corresponded with them at, but the emails are all bouncing back undelivered. I'll just have to accept my losses. Please stay clear from this site.

This is a scam isn't it? Was trying to return the clothes which I bought but the website doesnt exist.

Total con merchants all outfits are from china o purchased 2 dresses cost over £100 could not return them and serched them only to find that they were £17.50 each from ali express

If I could give 0 stars I would. My experience is the same as other reviewers. Ordered 3 dresses at a cost of over £100 back in September with the plan to return the ones that weren’t suitable under their no quibble returns guarantee. When they arrived they were shocking quality and when I wanted to return them it took lots of back and forth and threats on trading standards for them to agree. I then had to ship the dresses back to china at further cost- there is no mention of their dresses coming from china on the website. After the package then getting held at Chinese customs I have chased and chased them for further info and now they change their service email address. I am probably never going to get my
Money back. Absolutely awful company - DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!

Awful dresses, awful service. Ordered dresses back in August, sent them back and still no refund. They have stopped responding.
Never buy off this company, they use photos of the dresses from other sites and the dresses that arrive are dreadful.

SCAM OPERATION - ordered dresses, received poor quality. Wouldn’t provide telephone number for courier to return. Delay tactics. Returned to China in October, parcel arrived back with me 2 February. Contacted credit card company and it’s now over 120 days for a dispute. Emailed and email address now doesn’t exist. Each dress is under the amount to claim under another regulations. They absolutely know what they are doing.

Absolutely fuming. I would give minus stars tbh. Spent almost £300 on dresses as needed several sizes. Sent all but one back, cost £48 to ship back to china and was given reassurance via email and delay tactics that once returned I would be refunded. 6 months later, they’ve stopped responding and no signs of a refund. Absolute scammers.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Terrible quality of clothes. Returned my items - to China - with the expensive shipping fees and they have still not provided me with a refund. This was June last year. They advised it was stuck at customs, FOR MONTHS, but kept responding to me my email to say they were trying to 'sort it', even asking for a claim not to be requested to file a claim as 'it may delay the resolution further' but really, they want it to fall out of the window for claims with your card company. DO NOT TRUST THEM - DO NOT TRUST MAISIE. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. ABSOLUTE RUBBISH.

there product quality is really terrible.
they are dropshipper who source there products from really cheap from chine and seel on higher prices in au, eu and in us they should be banned.
they are dropshipper only here to make money and will dissapear in few month.

I NEVER got my item and they didn't respond to multiple emails and requests. They don't publish a number on their site to call or any other way to get in touch with them. This is the first time I feel like I have been scammed. They have taken my money but no product has been delivered. DO NOT BUY!

I ordered a dress for an event 3 months ago. I reached out via email and they replied saying it never left the warehouses I requested a refund but they refused and said they could send the same item or exchange for a different one. I replied with what I wanted to exchange it for. But no response. I haven’t heard anything else from them.
Have sent Several emails afterwards but nothing back from them.
Took my money and I never received anything

I've had a shocking experience with this company. I purchased one dress from them. When I received it, it looked nothing like the image and the quality was terrible. Upon further research, it's clear they stole the images from the original designer and created a very bad replica. I've since had a really challenging experience trying to return the item. Communicating with the customer service team is extremely difficult, they take a very long time to respond if they respond at all. I often had to send through a new enquiry because they would stop replying to my emails. They were very reluctant to offer me a refund - they tried to offer me store credit or an exchange. I accepted the exchange and then they said that was no longer an option, at which point they told me they could give me a partial refund. After a lot more back and forth they finally offered me a full refund. I sent the item back in November. It has been sitting in customs in China since then because the company has not paid the import tax. I can't pay the import tax, only the addressee can. I've tried multiple times to get in touch with them about this, and they are once again not responding. Do not buy from this company, it is 100% a scam.

If i could give this company zero stars i would. Absolute SCAM artists!!!!
Ordered 2 dresses from their site
Took weeks to arrive, when it arrived, i received 2 of the same completely see-through, wrong orders.
Refund / customer service is non-existent.
Finally settled on a 40% refund.
2 months later, numerous emails, STILL no refund.
This is not a business, it is a scam site and should be SHUT DOWN!

I ordered 5 dresses, all were awful fit and quality. Nothing like the pictures and really tacky. I sent these back and was promised a refund. I sent proof of postage and all the pictures & the company stopped replying. So I lost my money, the dresses and on top I paid for £30 shipping to return the dresses to China. Unbelievable

None of their emails work - I ordered $400 worth with no delivery and no response to method I used to try and contact them. This is a scam and judging from all the other reviews its a scam . How meany bad reviews do you need to shut them down
