Asked for their complaints procedure and they didn't provide any details.
Quite rude customer service as well.

Use other auto parts providers as they have longer warranties for self installed parts. (D2p is only limited to one year)

From what I can gather, this Co. is owned by AMESPLAN LTD.
Appears to be bona fide business selling on Ebay.
Bought a wiper motor which fitted my car without problem.
Only issue is how long it's likely to last. It doesn't move quite as smoothly as original part. I suspect that parts are cheap because they come from the East.
Just a pity that original manufacturer's parts are so ridiculously expensive.
So far it's survived one day of rain.
My fingers remain crossed.

Excellent place to buy car parts in reasonable cost and class customer service. Requested refund for one of the unused parts. Customer service dealt it properly, refunded within days, Thank you.

I bought a timing belt kit for a new car I bought 10 weeks ago I had it mechanically fitted 8 weeks ago and it’s snapped after not even 1500 miles this has a 10 year warranty and should atleast last 80,000 miles it has now has completely ruined my engine I’m a single mum with 4 children and no more of transport now you are liable for repairing my car

Urgent warning DO NOT buy a timing belt from this company.
Purchased timing belt kit from this company (listed on eBay)
Fitted new belt in March 2025(I am a 30 year time served mechanic)
Used the correct timing tools.
The belt snapped less than 2 months and less than 1500 miles covered.
After much deliberation I was only offered a partial refund for a new belt (that I had to source myself)
Fitted new belt and as I expected, no compression across all 4 cylinders.
Engine is now damaged. It is an interference engine.
After more emails to this company, I was told they would hand my complaint over to their technical department.
2 days passed. No response from them.
Another email sent, Same reply back that I was getting previously.
They don’t pay for labour?????
Don’t save money buying from this company, it will cost you more in the long run, lesson learned.

Seems I’m not the only one having issues with faulty parts and having to pay extra labour costs… of course told “warranty doesn’t cover labour costs”

Bought an item that wasn't as good quality as I expected it to be,so sent it back. After not receiving a refund I rang and was told it would be issued.

Over a week later still no refund received lodged a complaint with PayPal and they even refuse to answer via PayPal.

I would avoid using this company clearly rip off merchants.

Sell cheap rubbish Chinese parts at a premium the the promise of a 10 year warranty, then claim they only started offering the warranty after you made your purchase

I had a hub for my discovery 2 fail in 2 years and less than 10,000 miles but they refused to replace. Avoid like the plague

While pleased with the speed of delivery, the part (front windscreen wiper motor and linkage) was not configured for a right-hand drive vehicle despite the documentation clearly stating "only for right-handed vehicle". Hence my 4 star review.
Once alerted to the issue I was happy with D2P's customer service detailing how to adjust the linkage mechanism and stating that the issue is a manufacturing error which they did not know about until a few days ago, and apologising for the inconvenience caused.

I had an exceptional experience with Akash from D2P Autoparts. His customer service was truly outstanding from start to finish. Not only was he knowledgeable about the products, but he went above and beyond to ensure I found exactly what I needed. Akash was patient, thorough, and provided clear, helpful answers to all my questions. Only negative is when placing the order it didn’t give me the option for next day delivery but I called straight away and spoke to Krupali and they were able to process the next day delivery for me so not much of an issue.
