After a crash the gimbal was stuck. D1 replaced the mini 5 pro drone for an attractive price in a short time. I am very happy with their service. Shipping was fast and communication easy. I’m fully satisfied with their service and can only recommend their service.

Bought a ex demo avata 2 from these guys .arrived quickly and in great condition, had to organise care refresh but was easy and communication was great from D1 store staff . Happy flying 🙂

I came to the D1Store in Bondi Junction with a Mavic pro 2 drone that was not behaving. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the machine was sent off for repair after which I ended up receiving a brand new drone and controller for $234 dollars which was pretty damn good if you ask me.

Fantastic service. Very good communication right throughout the whole process. And best of all, really good value for money. I was very impressed.

Shipping could have been done with express shipping. Using standard shipping, it takes long time if the order is urgent.

I was a bit putout that the product needed ew batteries after 1.5 years. a $ 1000.00 doesn't seem like good value.
The staf were very helpful and courteous.

Ordered mini 4 pro refurbished paid .was not in stock and you were unaware when would become available. So order cancelled. 6 business days after cancellation rang re return of monies and informed that the monies had been returned to me already and I would have to make a case to prove this did not happen ! Informed Afterpay who solved problem . I would suggest you check your refund system so this does not occur. Doesn't do much for customer relations and makes me hesitate in purchasing from you again. Suggestion, a better explanation to customers.
