For my purposes, the theme and the addons are a perfect match. I've been with them for more than 7 years.

Based on upgrades to the plug-ins my site stopped working. Upon opening up a ticket the support staff addressed the issues by providing an interim patch and some code that could be applied. They also provided guidance for some configuration changes that I had made when trying to identify a solution when the site originally broke.

I had trouble with some of my links in my theme. And I have zero tech knowledge. The customer service was excellent. They patiently walked me through the steps and all is working now.

They responded quickly, asked for my login credentials, went into my site’s backend and fixed all of the issues very quickly. My site is now back up and running with no issues!
