The dev team is very week, they are creating 2 new bugs when trying to fix one.
I am a tier3 customer bought cxgenie to use their mailbox feature. It's been 17 days + I am cheatting with one of their support agent named Leah Nguyen
She just wasting my time by giving wrong information. sometime telling it's a bug, sometime telling it's a feature. she need some 3 days to address. but didn't came up with a solution yet.
My final thought: The dev team seems very weak, they are fixing one bug and creating 2 new bugs! Just waste of time. If anyone from CX Genie want to seat with me on a google meet I can show how many error their app contain and can help them to fix.
