Kan desværre ikke give dem 0 stjerne. Har bestilt for 900 kr og nu kan jeg desværre ikke sende mail til dem. De hedder både cayana.dk og cyuana.com
Det er virkelig svindel og humbug firma. De har aldrig sendt en ordrebekræftelse, men pengene er dog trukket. Efter jeg tog kontakt med dem 1 gang fik jeg mail tilbage med sporingslink. Efter 14 dage er pakken stadig ikke sendt af sted.
Nu kan jeg ikke sende mail til dem mere.🙈

I placed an order online for a cuyana bag and now I am trying to contact customer service. The number listed is an answering machine saying they cant answer phones and to write to an email address to be answered on a first come basis ! Why???? This is CERO customer service. For a $400 bag ? I would have not ordered anything if I had known this

I would have given minus if there was one. On of the worst customer service. I placed an order for a jewelry box on December 4th & no information as to my item since then. Today is December 18th. Sent several messages via online as nobody to respond to me over the phone. This was my first ever purchase & never going to buy from them again.

Customer support was super fast and attentive to every detail of my order. They solved my problem so fast and made sure I was satisfied. Thanks again Cuyana CS team! <3

I had a great customer experience. I had the wrong shipment address, and so when I contacted customer service they were very responsive and addressed the error that I made. And I received my bag to the right address promptly. This was my second purchase with them and I’ve been very pleased with both the quality of the tote bags and the service. I see that there are some bad reviews, so it sounds like the issues were addressed internally. Thanks Cuyana!

My classic tote arrived after 3 days of ordering and I live in Singapore. The packaging was simple with the bag folded in a dust bag in a bubble wrapped envelope. The bag is gorgeous and extremely high quality, and I’ve had no problems at all after first week of daily use while traveling. Overall, I’m very pleased with the quality of the bag, ease of ordering and fast shipment.

Awful customer service. Purchased several items from them over the years and the last item I purchased the zipper tab broke making it impossible to open and close the wallet. I asked to send it back for repair and was told they had no record of my purchase and they basically told me to bad. I sold all my Cuyana products and will never promote or own another piece. For the prices they charge they should stand behind their products and workmanship. Don’t buy from them, you can do better with another brand.

No customer service, have had something overnighted and haven’t received it in 5+ days. The phone number says no one is available and the email address will respond with a help desk ticket that says issue resolved.

Good quality merchandise but terrible customer service. Called many days in a row, no answer. There was also no answer to emails (they just give you an inquiry number and that is it). I was a loyal customer for many years until I hit the wall with their customer service. I will think twice next time before making an online order.

The bag had clearly been folded improperly in storage or shipped improperly. One end was completely wrinkled.

Nice products but terrible customer service. Cannot print return label, no response to email, and the hold music is driving me crazy.

Good merchandise and fast delivery but no customer service follow up. I emailed them 3 times about a return with no response. Finally called my credit card company
