I received this on the 23rd September and immediately raised a ticket (324950 with a picture of the damaged corner (attached). Yesterday (18th October) I received a second automated email asking me to rate this. So ... all I can say is it is rubbish and don't expect any helpful response from the company.
Excellent product fits perfectly. Packaged extremely well. Very happy

The perfect fit, excellent finishing and really just finishes off our bedroom vanity area. We accented pink throughout the bedroom and have two antique pink side tables, the colour finish is perfect.

Hi Martin
We are so pleased that you are happy with your order. Thank you for your kind review and for sharing photos of what you've done with your antique rose MFC . It looks lovely! Would you mind if we use these photos in our customer image gallery on our website?
I have tried for over two weeks to get hold of someone to discuss our order and no one has responded. Its states volumes are high but over 2 weeks and no contact..! our order arrived damaged with several dents and splitting of the wood see a couple of attached images. However we do have several.
From the very start Penny provided excellent customer service and support and assisted in creating the table top I wanted and it was delivered on time in damaged and very professional throughout

Second time you asked and it doen't get better with time. Same answer as last time! Overall OK but there were marked on both sides that we had to carefully sand off before varnishing. On mark could not be fully removed.

Hi Alexander
Thank you for your follow-up review, and we’re really sorry to hear about the marks you found on your desk table top.
We understand how frustrating that must have been — especially when preparing it for varnishing — and we sincerely apologise. If you haven't installed the product yet, you're very welcome to send us some photos of the damage. We'd be happy to review the issue and consider a replacement or partial refund depending on the extent of the problem.
Regarding the review request: Trustpilot automatically sends a second email if the first one isn’t responded to, but if you'd prefer not to receive further requests in future, you're able to unsubscribe from Trustpilot emails directly at the bottom of the email.
Thanks again for your feedback, and please don’t hesitate to get in touch with our customer experience team if you'd like us to take a look at those photos.
Best regards,
The Cut My Team
The desk is great exactly what I ordered with my bespoke cuts. However 2 issues - on delivery the packaging was pierced ! (thankfully on the underside) denting surface. Secondly there is a manufacture issue on the edging as there is at least a 4 cm dent on the glued trim. Nothing I'm overly worried about however why not add some better packaging on the surfaces not just the edges.
Arrived well packed, exactly to my specifications, what more could one ask. Would certainly use again.
