Honestly buy your lashes elsewhere. So many better places or even Amazon. They ship through some carrier I’ve never heard of and they took three weeks to get it to me due to “wrong address” even though my address is correct. And even then, the Carrier took a photo of my door and not the actual package at my door and I never received it! They could’ve never delivered the package for all I know. After contacting customer service they said they’d look into it and all they did was send me this “evidence” of delivery. And two weeks after that still no help , no package. I would prefer to have this resolved rather than waiting for a claim through my card but apparently customer service is taking their sweet time over a 40$ order rather than actually providing any help . Seriously just avoid this website.

L'attesa è un po' lunga ma i prodotti sono arrivati imballati bene, prodotti perfettamente integri e originali.

Like the other reviewer, I was hesitant to buy from this website due to lack of reviews but I went ahead anyways and I’m glad I did! I purchased around 5 products and I thought the shipping might take awhile due to other people’s experience but my package took about 2 weeks (UK-based). Happy with my purchase and products and will be repurchasing from here!

I stumbled upon this website by accident, being the only one that carried some beauty items I wanted. although I was a bit sceptical since there weren't that many reviews, I still did it. ordered from there 3 times now, ordered both makeup items and body care items, all of them great and in good condition.
the delivery was pretty fast, I added reviews for all the products I've bought on the site with photos, so no one will be sceptical when wanting to order from here.
