I have not even seen the product. It has taken so long. So you may want to wait over a week to send these types of emails out. Other companies deliver is much quicker.

As I said in an earlier review, the quality of product and people are outstanding and that is why I would continue to use this company despite an series of problems - some of my own making - with my most recent order. In response to my review and without any ask on my part, Customstickers folks fixed the issue and sent me corrected stickers at no cost just to make the situation right. They didn't need to do that. They just did it because they wanted to make sure I was satisfied and felt valued as a customer. The quality of the stickers and the look of the stickers are fantastic -- but they just arrived a month and a half after the event, due to shipping issues and then being printed without color. I did appreciate that the company made a big effort to get me the stickers no matter what, and for that, I will upgrade my rating to 3. Thankfully, I can still use the stickers.

I've been working with customstickers.com for some time now to manufacture my stickers for conventions and other sales events. Recently, I put in a very large order of stickers that accidentally came in matte. With just two days before the convention, I was sure the problem could not be resolved and was distraught. Instead, the wonderful staff managed to get the stickers remade and overnight shipped for free and I was able to sell them at the convention. I feel very lucky and happy to work with a company that takes my needs seriously and corrects their mistakes.
