The mug is absolutely beautiful
The mug is absolutely beautiful! It will make such a nice memory for our granddaughter!! And I can’t give you enough praise for your communication! I ordered 2 other personalized items from another company, and I hear nothing! I had to threaten them with stealing my money as they haven’t even given me a glimpse that I have products being made or even coming! So I truely appreciate your constant emails and updates as to my order! Thank you!! Will totally use you again! I don’t think you embroider custom golf caps, or I would have used you!! Thanks again!

Dear Danielle,
Your order #CTT211116 is on its way!
Your order is printed on demand, therefore, it requires about 5-7 days in production. After production, your item will be shipped out. And delivery usually takes about 5-10 days.
Yesterday, we sent an email with shipping information to you. If you missed it here you go again : https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input?qtc_tLabels1=9274890247882210273731
Alright but a little disappointing
The product shipped pretty fast. That part was impressive. However I got a customized tumblr to give to a friend as a gift but the images were blurry. And the writing wasn’t centered. So it just ended up looking cheaply made. For the price it cost the quality really didn’t match. Was a little disappointing because I thought this was gonna be such a cute gift. I would have considered ordering again but am afraid to receive a blurry image again. The design WAS cute I just wished it was executed better. And it did arrive fast which is why I gave 3 stars.

Happy dad
This gift got the amazing speechless response that I have always hoped for. He was so excited when he saw it, all he could say was "How did you get me on this shirt?!" It looked JUST like him and he was absolutely thrilled. He could not stop smiling and could not wait to wear it so everyone would see what a Super Daddio he is!
