Custom Mattress Recenzje

Excellent service. Ordered a custom size mattress on Monday and it was delivered on the Saturday. Much quicker than the time frame given, which we are pleased about. Mattress looks good quality and feels comfortable. I like that I received a follow up email after my order, with a diagram containing the measurements for me to confirm it was the correct size before being made. Overall happy customer 🙂

Considering the complexity/shape and constant measurement changes of our bespoke mattress, the finished product was excellent, it fits like a glove into every bit of space in our campervan it was designed for. I would highly recommend this company as they have a 1st class service with a 1st class product.

First night in the motorhome with the mattress , climbed in to bed and immediately felt amazing I slept so well

The mattress I ordered was 20 cm with gel
It was made so well and delivered on time ready for my trip

Yes I would order again from this company really easy to deal with

Easy to order, very fast delivery and the mattress fits well. Great service and very reasonably priced.

Absolutely delighted with purchase of made to measure mattress for my camper van. Ordering process was simple and manufactured and delivered super fast. Many thanks to the team for the product and communication along the way.

Great service.
Wish we’d done it years ago, waking up with aches and pains a thing of the past.
Very happy with our new mattress.

Although it arrived slightly later than initially thought, it was only two days and the communication regarding this was excellent. Mattress is very comfy (memory foam, firm). Would highly recommend!

Took alot longer than we were told did not get good update just got told to wait

The mattresses we ordered are perfect.
Correct size and both are so comfortable.
The company were brilliant to deal with both by email and phone.
Would highly recommend.

Easy to order. Delivered on time. Very comfortable.

We had a custom made mattress made for our son's small box bedroom and it fit perfectly, really good quality would highly recommend this company

Really happy with the mattress and the service and help with sizing it’s fits the caravan perfectly 😊

Quick service and delivery but got the measurements wrong first time but quickly sorted out and mattress very comfy 😀

Overall, my experience with Custom Mattress from custom-mattress.co.uk was mixed. The process of ordering custom mattresses was straightforward, and I appreciated the hand-drawn sketch for size confirmation. The mattresses were comfortable, and the included removable cover was a nice bonus. However, delivery scheduling could be improved, as I faced issues with the timing. Service and product were satisfactory, earning a solid three stars.

Waited almost a month for matress, in the end it appears the delivery company lost the original matress, no discount or reduced price offered after this

Mattress perfectly done. Very comfy.

Great service. Quick and speedy and good quality for price.

Good communication, lovely mattress

Great service. I had an email to confirm the size. The mattress is excellent quality.

I wouldn't say communication was great, a little delayed, messaged me to say it's in production, when in fact it was in my house 😁
Mattress itself we can't fault, needed to shorten a double mattress to fit a particular gap in my daughters bedroom. Delivery great, and not overly heavy, fits perfectly and daughter is happy, that's good enough for me 😊👍
