Wish I had ordered from this company sooner! We had a very old Sofa Workshop sofa, it's huge and used to be super comfy, but the cushions were sagging and had come to the end of their life. With kids and dogs, we didn't want to buy a new sofa (just yet), so decided to replace the seat and back cushions. I did a lot of research and found the reviews for Cushion Supplier, from the first phone call I was reassured, they advised me which filling to choose and when I took the covers off, I realised it was the exact filling that Sofa Workshop had used all those years ago. We sent the seat covers and various, smaller back cushion covers to them so they could ensure the dimensions were 100% accurate. The cushions (in their covers) arrived on Saturday and we are thrilled, and I'm left wondering why on earth we didn't do this sooner! It feels like a new sofa; supportive and very comfortable, we are absolutely thrilled with the final result. The customer service was excellent from start to finish, great communication, Lee and team are clearly experts in their field and know what they're talking about. I can not recommend this company enough, after considering buying a new sofa because are cushions were worn and sagging I thought about replacing the foam because we still loved the style and shape of it, so I looked at reviews for companies who supply new foam cushions and after reading previous reviews decided to go with this company, I really liked the idea of being able to send cushion covers for them to fill and I was nervous about sending them through the post but after speaking to Lee I felt reassured about it, it took a week as he said and we are absolutely delighted with the look and feel of them, the sofa is better now than when we bought it 19 years ago. The service they provide is excellent and efficient and I would definitely recommend them.

Absolutely fantastic service from Lee and his team at Cushion Supplier with great communication from the outset. We needed to replace two extremely large cushions on our sofa and opted for the feather-wrapped foam cushions. We sent one of the cushion covers to Lee to ensure a perfect size of replacement- the work was completed swiftly and to the highest standards and our new cushions delivered absolutely to time by their couriers. They are lovely and have completely transformed our sofa which now looks like new and is so comfortable! My scatter back cushions were woeful. They sank in the middle and provided little comfort. I engaged with Lee who was amazing. So helpful and patient. Answering all my questions and helping me with my order.

I needed a replacement cushion for my antique leather Chesterfield chair. Clear instructions on measuring meant a great fit. On confirming my order, they took the trouble to further question as to whether the cushion was all leather or fabric on the bottom. Being the latter, I went with a hybrid memory foam cushion with a feather topper for softness. Delighted with the result.

Excellent service. Prompt reply to emails. Replaced inners in sofa cushions. I would recommend sending empty cases in for them to fill and return which avoids any errors in sizing( well worth the extra carriage cost involved)

This is the second time I have used this company to replace old filling for newer more up to date and safe materials and they turned out just perfect. Their customer service is second to none and I would have no hesitation in recommending their services. My old settees now look fresh with new filling in the cushions making them look as good as new.

We needed cushions replacing on good quality old sofas. If we could find a quality supplier this was a better option than buying new sofas. In Cushion Supplier we found the perfect solution. Lee was wonderful from start to finish and so patient with my dithering. He was so professional, helpful and very approachable. His advice and guidance on new inner cushions for my existing three piece suite was invaluable and he delivered within the time advised.
