The man I dealt with on the phone was helpful and clear. The cushion inserts arrived within the expected time frame and are good quality. I replaced my old feather couch seats with foam and fibre inserts to reduce dust in the house (my son has struggled with chest illnesses lately) and I'm very happy with them. I would happily use the company again.

I am thrilled with the four Sofa cushions made and supplied by this company. The cushions on our 15 year old Sofa were so worn they were slipping out the frame. I was delighted to find, on an internet search, this company. A simple, more economical and eco friendly solution exists. We didn’t need to replace the whole sofa. Directions on how to measure the cushions are very clear, as is the description of options for the stuffing. After entering the measurements online, I had a very helpful telephone discussion with Lee. I was hoping that they could be made before the arrival of houseguests, and I was not disappointed. This is a small family business who provide a personalised service and quality product.

I really like this company, great professional customer service every step of the way. I was nervous about my measuring and explaining what I wanted but they knew exactly what I meant regarding the "feel" of the cushions, I am delighted with them.

Our sofa seat cushions desparately needed refiling. Quotes from local suppliers were eye-watering (expensive) . We stumbled across this company by chance. The estimate was very reasonable so we went ahead. We were very pleased with the results and the difference they made to our tired old sofa. Customer service was excellent. We had many questions. The advice we were given was founded on extensive experience in the trade. The process from when we placed our order to when we received the cushions was seamless. I found this company by chance as they seemed the only place in the country that stocked the Quallofil cushions that were in my existing settee. The price of two new cushion pads was very reasonable and they were delivered in the time I was told when I ordered them. As the company is located in Leigh on Sea I was able to call in when I was down visiting family. It's a lovely local business and both Lee and his father are very knowledgeable about all things cushion related. I now have what looks like a new sofa! Absolutely delighted.

We have a MultiYork sofa that must be about 18 years old now, the covers are still in very good condition but the 100% feather filled cushion pads had repeatedly split and been sewn back up by me over about the last 5 years. It turned into the Bagpuss of sofas, very very saggy. Cushion Supplier are a great company to deal with, great communication during the ordering process. The price was a pleasant surprise for replacing four shaped cushions and we opted for something I didn't know existed - a foam inner with a feather outer shell. I'm really pleased with the result and so glad I chose that option, the sofa now looks like new!

I’m delighted with my new feather wrap foam core sofa back cushions. They’re much more supportive than the old feather cushions and the sofa looks better too as they have more structure, don’t collapse and don’t need to be plumped up. Lee was extremely polite and efficient to liaise with and I could not recommend his company highly enough. They also use DPD to deliver the cushions who are by far the best couriers in my experience.

The cushions were delivered on time and beautifully packed, so that they would not get damaged during transit. My settee cushions are fantastic and the procedure of placing an order with this company was made easy because they were so efficient. I contacted The Cushion Suppliers after researching many other replacement cushion providers, as I was having issues with my Loaf Cuddlemuffin sofa cushions. I spoke with Lee over the phone, who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. When my replacement cushions arrived, they weren’t quite right. I was anxious about calling them, but I really shouldn’t have been, Lee was absolutely amazing. He put my mind at ease and reassured me that they would sort the problem out. It turned out we just needed to tweak the foam. The turnaround was incredibly fast, and I had the new inserts back by the end of the week. I had a party that weekend and Lee made sure I had the cushions in plenty of time. Absolutely thrilled with the new cushions, so much better than the original Loaf ones! I would definitely use this company again and 100% recommend them. Their customer service and aftercare are second to none.

Excellent company, both their product and customer service are great. After a phone call with Lee I was able to order with confidence, and my confidence was not misplaced.
