Cushie Recenzje

Easy set up and very comfortable! Perfect for my small office. Very happy with my purchase.

Unboxing this thing, I was skeptical. Weird parts, couldn’t find the cover (because I didn’t read the directions :) - but then it came together! It’s a sleek, classic design, firm but comfy, and incredibly easy to assemble and convert. I got this couch for an office where I figured id sit occasionally and fold out for the occasional guest - needless to say I find a reason to sit on it daily. Would def buy again!

Would order a second based on ease of ordering alone. The setup was as easy as the ads showed, too.

I ordered a cushie sleeper sofa in October 2024. Not only did it arrive late but it was missing an essential cover component. After giving me several weeks of runaround trying to convince me that they had in fact set a cover I finally convinced them that they had not sent it to me. So they said they would send me a new cover. It never arrived. I am still trying to get the cover out of them but now they want to send a whole new sofa, which would be fine, but… they gave me 48 hours notice that they were going to come pick up on Wednesday between noon and 4 pm. Well I work full time, and I don’t have anyone to be home for them, so of course Wednesday came and went. Also, I am not going to give them the sofa that I paid for until they deliver a new sofa with all the parts. This is six months into this. I just can’t even believe how shitty the service has been.

Very helpful company with great customer service

instructions and ordering is good

In my search for a sofa bed Cushie rose to the top mostly because the shopping experience was more informative and easier to use. Especially good were the videos provided.

The sleeper couch is exactly what we were looking for. Because it comes deconstructed, we could fit it in our basement. We had tried two previous times to get sleeper sofas down our stairs and couldn’t. So this is great! Setup was a breeze.

Two minor things:
Instructions should very clearly state to remove the slip cover as the FIRST step in assembly. And the cover for the mattress pad had visible dirt on it.

Waiting longer than expected for my couch but was worth the wait. The ease of putting it together and the function of the couch is awesome. We love it!!!

I was skeptical about the Cushie, but it is shocking comfortable. Super easy to put together, looks good and provides a spot for guests to sleep. Highly recommend!

Extremely soft. Ordered the "cinnamon" which is a great muted color. Extremely well made and easy to put together.

I worked with a customer service representative who was extremely diligent and prompt with responses. They even proactively reached out to me with updates. I would highly recommend the product and the organization.

Fast shipping, easy to convert sofa to bed

I am very happy with this purchase. The slipcover is true to the picture and easy to remove for cleaning. The couch was relatively simple to assemble by myself, however, be aware that the slipcover is in a small zipped compartment underneath the main seat - had a minor panic attack about that which could have been avoided had I read the instructions. All in all, a solid couch that looks great in my office.

The couch was super easy to put together. My wife appreciates that the cover is removable and washable, and the cover that is on the ground while it’s a bed, is separate from the rest which is nice since that part will probably need to be washed more. As a bed it is super comfy and easy to pull out. As a couch it is pretty comfy too although it is on the firmer end.

Love my Cushie! So easy to assemble- my husband did it less than an hour. It is quite firm, but I think it will hold up better. At first I couldn’t find the slipcover and customer service was excellent- they responded right away and were super friendly! Highly recommend!!

Cushie sofa sleeper couch is super comfortable, and incredibly easy to assemble.

I love my Cushie! I use it for every night sleeping, and it is so comfortable! More comfortable than my regular bed was! I have a small space so being able to turn it in to a couch (in a few seconds) is great to have a sitting area during the day. My boyfriend was so impressed with the quality he is ordering his own. My cat Hattie also loves it, she thinks it’s hers. She lounges for hours on her warming pad on the couch during the day, and sleeps with me on it at night. I highly recommend the Cushie, and so does Hattie!

I originally was looking for a couch that could fit down our stairs to our finished basement rec room, so the fact that Cushie comes in several pieces was just what I was looking for. The fact that it was a sofa bed was an added bonus. The couch is sturdy and the fabric is of a higher quality. The fact that it is removable to wash is great. I am not the type that would make such a large purchase on-line without seeing it in person, but I was impressed by all the positive reviews. Customer service was great in helping me decide, as well in explaining the reason for delay in the delivery time. Once I was notified that it was on the way, it took no time at It was well packed upon arrival and easy to assemble.

The couch is easy to put together, sitting is firm and supportive. The removable cover is nice but difficult to smooth out all the wrinkles to make the couch look nice and new. Sleeps comfortably.
