I will give them 0 if I could worse experience I receive my package the size was running small I try to exchange or return obviously you can’t they take for ever to e mail back they told me I have to pay to send the return because it’s too expensive I ended up keeping the pants something I can’t even wear because to small probably I’m going to give it to someone else from now on never buying from this company again and make sure they have good return policy saving a headache

Worse experience ever. I waited over a month for the delivery. It’s been issue after issue.I even told them after the last issue to forget about and refund me but they ignored me and send it anyway. When I finally received my pants, they don’t fit. They are too short. They told me that I can return them myself but it would be more expensive. Also, suggested me to keep the item and get a suitable one. Please, just save yourself a bad time.

Compré una faja reloj de arena destas invisible. Vi el anuncio en las redes sociales y me interese ya que compre la talla S para una boda . Decía que comprime el abdomen y no comprimir nada, no cumple su función. La tela que sale en el anuncio es totalmente diferente de la que me enviaron a casa son 29.99 euros tirados a la basura. Entre en contacto con ellos para reembolso o cambio de producto y me dicen que no hay ya que son piezas íntimas. Me siento estafada.

The faja quality looks great. However, it could not even go up my legs it was too small. when I reached out to the company I was told that their based in China and the returned would be too expensive, but I can get a discount on a new order. I told them no thank you, I will try another vendor that process returns.

Hice mi solicitud a inicios de diciembre 2025, llego el 22/12/25 luego de 20 dias. El problema estuvo que en algun paso entre la solicitud en el sitio web y la orden, se cambiaron los talles.. de L a S!! imagienen que noy hat forma que use un Small. Y a pesar del apelativo que las devoluciones son gratis dentro de los 60 dias, no es verdad. Me respondieron que es mas caro el envio que los productos ya que vienen de China y me ofrecieron un descuento del 30% en una nueva compra.. que en un gasto de €83 no es factible. No tienen intencion de cambiar los productos, sino de que compre unos nuevos descontados. Muy mala actitud!

nefasta , por favor revisen bien lo que comprén mire yo hice dos pedidos uno de 280 euros y otro de 90 me dijeron al principio como lo ponen en su página que aceptaban devoluciones cuando empiezo a probarme el primer pedido el segundo , nada me sirvió , ni la orma ni la talla , para los precios la calidad no es como sale , yo prácticamente perdí mi dinero estoy en ello y ahora me dicen que no me reciben que no tiene etiqueta de devolución , que envíe yo directamente a china y pague aduanas .
Pueden creer las cosas están ahí y no me quedaron pues a esa es la respuesta , no pierdan su dinero revisen bien.
si fuera correctos harían lo posible por solucionar al cliente , es una cosa fatal y la atención al cliente ni les digo mucho cuidado por favor que no les pase lo que a mi
