Never received my order. Emailed several times and was finally informed that I was getting a refund when I informed them I was going to report them as fraudulent. The excuse was that the order didnt clear customs and the order was sent back even though nothing on tracking indicated this.

Didn't want to order online as they have bad reviews so went to the Amsterdam shop
The shop was closed in working hours thought on the website says it's open.
Also try to call but no answer.

Fantastische service! 2 styling milk en de travelset besteld, ik kreeg 1 fles styling milk en 1 fles conditioner. Gemaild en de volgende dag werd er gelijk gereageerd, binnen 48u had ik de 2 fles in huis van de styling milk en mocht ik de conditioner houden! GEWELDIG dank je wel

J étais une grande fan de ces produits car la qualité est vraiment top. Je les ai alors recommandé mais malheureusement j ai jamais reçu ma commande et j’ai tenté de prendre contact par mail avec eux mais n’ai jamais reçu de réponse.

Ik heb de milk en gel besteld in September maar heb een week gewacht en niets ontvangen.
Een mail gestuurd hierover en zij gaven aan dat de gel niet op voorraad is en door een fout ik de bestelling toch heb kunnen plaatsen en daardoor het pakketje niet is verzonden.
Zij gaven me de optie om te wachten tot de gel weer op voorraad is of de bestellin ga annuleren.
Ik koos voor de eerste optie.
Het heeft wel even geduurd maar de producten zijn bezorgd en ik kreeg extra curly points als compensatie.
Het was het wachten zeker waard.

De deep cleaning shampoo en lightweight conditioner heb ik besteld in september, deze kwamen snel en netjes binnen.

Na een maandje testen was het overduidelijk: ik heb nog NOOIT zo'n slechte shampoo en conditioner gehad. Ondanks dat ik al jaren bekend ben met de CG benadering en de producten netjes gebruik (shampoo alleen op hoofdhuid, 2x, conditioner alleen in de punten), werd mijn haar alleen maar vetter (ook zonder gebruik van de conditioner).

Ik hield het niet meer uit van de jeuk en heb op 14 en 24 oktober contact opgenomen met Curly Girl Movement. Er is nooit op mijn mails gereageerd. En daarom hoop ik dat deze review anderen helpt voorkomen om hun zuurverdiende geld aan troep uit te geven.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Curly Girl Movement. After placing an order, I waited five days without any tracking information. When I reached out, I was informed that my order had not been shipped because the product was out of stock, despite being able to place the order.

Their response was apologetic but did not solve the problem. I requested a refund for the gel and received no follow-up. After another week without any communication, I had to send a second email demanding my money back. Which again I have not yet received any response at till this day.

This level of communication and customer service is unacceptable. I will not be ordering from them again and suggest that others consider alternative options.

Super producten. Prachtige krullen. Helaas haaruitval door gekregen. Gestopt en haaruitval stopte ook. Toen weer begonnen en nu alleen in de punten en niet op hoorfdhuid maar toch weer haaruitval. Mijn vriendin is ook gestopt al eerder dan mij en na paar maanden zei de kapper je hebt echt veel dikker haar. Ook bij haar uitval.

I only found out about them through an influencer who was raving on about their products. Zero customer service I would avoid at all costs. It’s been almost a month and nothing.

Haar ziet er niet uit ben er 1,5 uur mee bezig geweest en t is niet mooi. Producten blijven veel te opvallend erin waardoor het hard/vet/zwaar wordt. Heb het niet eens 1 dag los gedragen. Op mailen wordt niet eens gereageerd. Enorme spijt van deze dure aankoop.

De Styling milk en Defining gel gebruik ik al zo'n 4/5 jaar en nog steeds kunnen ze écht niet ontbreken in mijn routine. Ze gaan beide lang mee omdat je niet veel nodig hebt. Ik gebruik daarnaast ook de Hair towel die super goed werkt. Ik heb haartype 3c/4a.

About one year ago, I bought the hair milk and styling gel. Now I am returning to rebuy the gel, the milk is still half full, that’s how long they last! For reference, my hair is middle-length, 2c/3a. I would definitely recommend the products to people with similar hair to mine. They are my go-tos for guaranteed great washdays! The milk is a good basic leave-in, it provides enough slip and my hair feels moisturized. The gel is truly magic, makes my hair look its best every single time. I‘d be so bold to say you can’t go wrong with these.
