This product is amazing and is one of the best things I've ever found to control my unruly wavy hair. It gives me volume with soft bouncy curls. No more flyaway and frizz and unlike many other products a big + NO greasy texture. I trialled the small pot first to see if it worked and it did. A must try, you'll love it too!

This product is beyond amazing, you do not need much, it smells amazing, it's so easy to use and it creates the best most beautiful curls I have ever seen. I would highly recommend. I will now be using instead of only curls as its results are better and it lasts so much longer. Make sure you try it out as you won't turn back 🤗

I have used Curl Jar for over a year and can honestly say that it has changed the quality of my curls condition. The product is creamy but light! It's soft to touch and feels more like face cream. it also smells great. The best thing- it keeps the curls in place for much longer than ever before!

I saw this product on instagram and was sceptical to try another curly girl product, especially one so expensive. From the order date it did take a while to arrive. When using the product I followed the instructions to the absolute tee and have to say I was really pleasantly surprised! I had the best wash day I have had in a long time and 7 days later I'm still happy with how my curls look. It's quite an expensive product and I will probably rotate it with other products but I will definitely be purchasing again for sure.

Just to say I got this on Amazon as needed next day delivery and I'm just used to using prime, but wanted to write a review on here for the actual product.
Totally amazed by it. I have very slightly wavy hair and have recently had a whim to want to perm it now I've got new highlights. However, this product has changed me wanting to make such a drastic move. Worked as described, especially for my first attempt. Cheap when you consider how much you need to use at any given time. Roll on my new curl journey. X

I had been using the same curl cream for years, when my hairdresser recommended Curl jar. I was a bit sceptical but I was so pleased I listened - my curls look much fuller and more natural, and I can't imagine going back to my old product. My only negative would be that it was out of stock for quite some time before I was able to pre-order.

Fast delivery, lovely product it does bring the curls out. After being dubious and ordering a sample pot, I have already ordered more. Does make hair sticky and brushes through well.

Excellent product, fantastic communication from the company, quick shipping time! Only negative is the price, but the outcome of using the product is wonderful, so it is slightly less of a pill to swallow haha!

I have used curljar in a professional capacity in many people and have found it leaves the hair looking silky and hydrated, whilst providing hold. It's a staple in my kit now.

​I am really impressed with the CURLJAR Curl Activator. It’s a beautiful cream-based formula rather than a gel, and it leaves my hair feeling extremely soft and looking lush with a great shine.
​One thing to note: because it is so soft (likely thanks to the Tamanu oil and Lemongrass), my curls tend to wrap around each other and mat at the back if I use it alone. To fix this, I "cocktail" it with Eco Gel and a bit of mousse. This combo provides the hold I need to keep the definition without losing that creamy softness.
​The Verdict: The price point is a bit high considering I have to mix it with other products to get the perfect result, but the quality of the product itself is fabulous. If it feels too "soft" for your hair type, I highly recommend layering it with a gel or mousse and letting it completely dry before scrunching out the cast. You won't regret the shine!

I was expecting better results considering the expense. I usually use two other curl cream products which are a fraction of the price. CurlJar was recommended by my hairdresser. I have now used 3 times, twice allowing hair to dry naturally with some scrunching and the other with cold setting lowest speed diffuser. The curls don't appear boosted, are less formed and appear to drop quickly.
Shame, because the smell is very nice.
Once I have finished the jar I will return to previous products.

Does, no better than any other product in the shops but three times the price

This did absolutely nothing for my hair, in fact I'd go so far as to say its one of the worst products I've tried. It didn't activate my curls, control frizz or have any hold at all. Very disappointing. Despite following their guidelines to the letter, I ended up with what looked like a bird's nest on my head. Very costly mistake!

I bought the trial size as I was not sure how my hair would react. It is absolutely lovely and I am very impressed with it. I've got half curly hair some wave and some straight. It looks so nice when it has dried. I can just put it on and leave it to dry naturally. I have now bought the bigger pot and will keep the trial pot as a travel pot.

I’m in loveee with Curl Jar! I tried it for the first time today after years of using mousse (which always left my hair feeling abit crispy), but after using Curl Jar my hair dried with all the lovely volume and natural curls i usally have but the curls are SOFT and shiny and my hair just feels beautiful! It smells incredible too - can’t wait to wash my hair again :)
