Predatory "Subscription service" with every purchase!
Was about to buy a couple of watches and then noticed in my "cart" was an additional Vizoya item included for free.
Straight away, this rang alarm bells so I stopped in my tracks and decided to check the site for clues. Nowhere on the main site is there any mention of this Vizoya item... Right up until you're just about to make a purchase and then it becomes clear.
Vizoya is a subscription service that costs you $50 a month and you get AUTOMATICALLY opted into it with NO WAY to opt-out.
When you make a purchase, in very small print you are reminded that you can cancel at any time but you can't opt-out. This is an absolutely scummy and predatory thing to do to customers because they are banking on you either not reading the small print or forgetting to cancel your subscription that you were FORCED to take so you're out of pocket for a useless and unwanted service.
I immediately cancelled my purchases and went to the Facebook page to comment about this practice being very sketchy, surprise, the comments were deleted with no explanation. Had the owner taken the time to explain this business practice, I may have relented but instead he now has this bad review on TrustPilot and a bad review on the Facebook page that he can't delete.
If you do buy from this site, question why you would want to give your money to a company that wants to, essentially, scam you for your custom.
