BINGO DE MAY

Mon poney, SME et très sensible des pieds, tendance à l'embonpoint et aux fourbure, se trouve beaucoup mieux depuis qu'il prend Curafit adapté à sa pathologie.
Pas de fourbure pour le moment et son état général est top. Merci!

Problème de livraison

Bonjour, Nous avions demandé une livraison à domicile, or vous travaillez avec une société de livraison (Colis Privé) qui ne livre pas à domicile mais qui dépose systématiquement les colis en point relais. Si nous avions su que c'était cette société qui était chargé de la livrason, nous n'aurions pas validée la commande mais aurions été chez un autre site marchand.
A cause de cela, nous ne commanderons plus jamais chez vous.

Merci pour votre retour. Nous sommes sincèrement désolés d’apprendre que la livraison ne s’est pas déroulée comme prévu.

Nous travaillons avec PostNL, qui livre normalement les colis à domicile. Il n’est donc pas normal que votre colis ait été déposé directement en point relais si une livraison à domicile était prévue.

Nous allons vérifier ce qui a pu se passer avec le transporteur afin de comprendre pourquoi cela a mal tourné. Merci de nous avoir signalé ce problème.
