Shitty site. Does not respect copyright and if you bother others with your models by selling them at more affordable prices they will accuse you of fraud and ban you and don't pay your money back. Shitty site. Don't buy from this site, look for fair prices. Good luck.

I've been following this 3D printing site since its inception. I am referring here to the possibility of downloading free models for 3D wargaming. Over time, the ability to download everything for free gave way to the thirst for profit. Currently, it's a miracle to find free templates. And even when they are found, they are of really poor quality compared to paid projects. In this it does not differ in any way from a company, which makes the website unpleasant and already dated. The reason? If I have to work hard to find and print 3D models, which I will then have to work further on, using time and effort, for something that perhaps will not give the expected result (nothing certifies this), then it is better to buy the ready-made product from a company, which provides quality to zero time. For this reason, the only value of Cults was that it was free. As it is now, it boils down to one more possibility of creating original models, in a context which however presents itself as an offshoot of a company. A sort of double-cross, probably conceived from the beginning, otherwise there would be no explanation for the withdrawal - by some users who uploaded entire armies online - of their entire catalog and the cancellation of the account. Shame on you.

My account was deleted for no reason at all twice!!!! I didn't even have models in the second account! and they didn't even hesitate or tell me what I did wrong!

After many years of zero virus attacks on my computer it instantly received an adware virus when I downloaded a 3d file last night. It pops up with many alerts saying my data for an app is at risk, even my "only fans" page which is a bit funny considering I've never had that app. So, did I pay $10 for a Nissan RC body plan and get a free virus thrown in? Not happy.

Honestly I love this site. I have been using it for the last 3 yrs. I buy and sell files on there and recommend both. I've never had issues with the site. Out of 1000 files I purchased over the yrs, I've only had issues with a handful..I reached out to the designer and they fixed the issues. So definitely great site and lots of amazing work on there. Great extra income source too. You can only cash out money every 2 weeks. It use to be every 30days, but they are improving. Just like every other business..they are growing, improving, and getting better with each month that goes by. Love this site and will continue to support them, as they have done with me. - ThecraftyBarker

I had an account on cults with money in it that had not been transferred to my paypal account yet. I received an email that they transferred my money to my account as instructed (by someone that changed the account any money should be transferred to, without cults notifying me of the change). When I checked, someone had used my email address, which is on your profile and signed in by saying they forgot their password, and easily got into my payment section and changed it to a foreign country and just changed the email for payment to his own. The theif walked away scott free with my funds, which was sent to france and paid in euros, even though my account stated i live in the US and has monitary in dollars. Cults has zero security, even though they need your info to open an account. When I contacted cults to tell them of their mistake (they DO NOT ASK BEFORE TRANSFERRING ALL OF YOUR FUNDS), they never replied to me after 3 days of emailing (the only way to contact them) and to date have not even responded. A quick google check brought up many complaints like mine about cults. They also have a credibility rating of 2.2 out of 5. If you have info on there, take it down. Just a friendly warning so no one else gets their designs paid gor and funds stolen, with no accountability. Cults3d is NOT to be trusted.

The owner is a shyster and a thief, the site and his actions frequently contravene UK and EU trade and copyright laws.
If you are in the UK and you have fallen foul of this site, contact UK trading standards as they are currently collecting information about this site and how it is ran.
Im sure they would like to hear from you.

Me han bloqueado la cuenta sin motivo ninguno, me han borrado 38 archivos porque los 38 incumplen las normas… son archivos inventados y diseñados por mi, con muchas horas de trabajo y mucha dedicación. Más de 600€ en ventas. se han quedado con mi dinero y no contestan los emails, es la segunda vez que me lo hacen y después se quedan con los archivos y los venden los propios moderadores. Mucho cuidado con esta página ya que no se hacen cargo de nada, es muy corrupta

No recomiendo cults3d para nada.
La mayoría son de pago y dentro de los modelos de pago en realidad muchos son gratis, lo que hacen es descargarlos de otros repositorios gratuitos y los venden en cults3d.
Y para colmo muchos son una estafa, ya me paso muchas veces que compro un modelo y resulta que esta mal y no se puede imprimir, y no puedes reclamar para que te devuelvan el dinero.

Me bloquearon mi cuenta y se quedaron mi dinero.

Una verguenza

Me han expulsado alegando incumplimiento de normativa, afirmando que hay suficientes pruebas pero sin mencionar ninguna. No me dan opciones de recuperar el dinero de mis ventas y no responden a mis mensajes. Es increíble, no se puede ser menos profesional. Su intención es claramente que desista y quedarse con mi dinero, cosa que no va a pasar. Un intento de robo en toda regla, poco transparentes y en definitiva, lamentables.

Allows their users to steal copyrighted material to sell as their own and refuses to take down the infringing files. Then they allow their users to place a copyright on what is already copyrighted? Um. No, that isn't how it works. Shady at best.

Cults still need to fix the internal better recognition for designers with 100 and more designs, independently if they are guru, Patreon or not. Not all of them decide or have time/resources/sponsorships to spent as Youtubers in the art field. There are many talented artists out there that just prefer to keep a low profile still providing an excellent service. Also, the actual submission system partially penalize the ones that cannot afford a 3D printer in order to provide your "makes" session. That is a feature that penalize freelancers in favor of small/medium companies made of 5 or more workers behind a seller profile. Some customers are developing a really bad mentality that suggest that the designers should provide the printing service. It's impossible. Due to the fact that printers, hardware in general is too variable and expensive. Inflation, different countries and VAT are a reality that they don't want to hear. Delusional people, very toxic.
Another fundamental aspect is also to give to the designer the ability to moderate comments from predatory people, uneducated and toxic behaviors only aimed to the so called shit posting.

The customer service, recently, it's almost absent. They took too much time on answer at urgent requests. Please, improve it.

J'ai acheté un modèle qui était gratuit...
Au début je l'ai acheté je me suis rendu compte qu'il était corrompu , et impossible de me faire rembourser du coup j'ai cherché des versions gratuites pour pas me faire avoir et amie m'a fait remarquer anonyme m'a fait remarquer qu'il y avait exactement le même modèle gratuit sur sketchup 2014 en plus d'être corrompu c'était voler ....

I was a seller on the platform, sold about $100 worth of files, tried to payout the money I had earned but they refused to send me the money. Have since removed all my files from the site. Beware any 3D modellers, they will take your money and not pay you.
