At Cult Mia, we work directly with independent designers who create each piece individually once an order is confirmed. While your dresses were ordered in standard sizes, they were made specifically for you in your chosen size upon order confirmation and were not part of pre-produced stock. This aligns with the legal definition that the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.
We understand this can be unexpected, which is why we do our best to communicate this clearly on our product pages, at checkout, and within our Returns & Cancellation Policy. Additionally, our cancellation policy states that orders can only be cancelled within one hour of placement, as production begins shortly after.
We sincerely apologise for any frustration this has caused. Our goal is always to be as transparent as possible so our customers can make informed decisions when shopping with us. We remain committed to supporting responsible production and reducing waste in partnership with our designers.

Terrible customer service. Misleading sizing. They don’t accept returns so be 100% certain what you order is perfect for you. Not sure how to do that when ordering online, so this is why I would never order from them again.

What a scam
What a scam. I've waited months for a dress that I ordered for my son's wedding, only to be sent a patronising email saying that their designer has been overwhelmed with so much love' that they will not be able to fulfil the order. This is the second email I've received, the first promising I would get the dress in April. If you cannot meet demand, then lead with integrity and don't sell. I do not doubt that I will neither receive the dress in time, nor get my money back. This is daylight robbery! Beautiful professional website, but a sham in reality. Im devastated!

Excellent finds and exceptional service!
I was extremely happy to find exactly what I was looking for on CultMia. It would have been insanely expensive elsewhere and it felt good supporting an up and coming designer. I ended up not needing the garment anymore before I even received it sadly and the return process was exceptional. It was so gorgeously soft. And I wanted to keep it. But many companies have learned to have horrible return policies as a way to force customers to keep their clothes or make some money in the process, but CultMia’s service and everything was dead on phenomenal.
