I don't usually write reviews—in fact, this is my first one—but I feel it's necessary to share my experience with Cultira.

I ordered a swim skirt in May, and everything went smoothly until I needed to exchange or return it. That's when the problems started.

I emailed their customer service 3–4 times asking for help, but I never received a single response. Not even an acknowledgment that they received my emails.

The item cost $141, which is a significant amount of money for me. At this point, I'm even more determined to get my money back because of the complete lack of customer service. A simple reply would have gone a long way, but being ignored has been extremely disappointing.

If anyone knows a reliable way to get in touch with Cultira or has successfully received a refund from them, I'd really appreciate your advice.

Absolutely appalling experience. I’ve been waiting since the beginning of April for an exchange and have received nothing but silence. Despite multiple follow-up emails, there has been zero response from this company.

At this point, it feels like my $190 has simply been taken with no intention of fulfilling the order or even acknowledging the issue. The complete lack of communication and basic customer service is unacceptable.

There is no excuse for this level of disregard for customers. I would strongly advise against shopping here unless you’re comfortable risking your money and never receiving your order or a refund.

Extremely disappointing experience with Cultira. I repeatedly contacted them through email, Instagram DMs, comments, and other customer service channels because I never received proper shipping updates for my order. Replies took ages, and whenever I commented publicly asking for help, my comments would get deleted.

After waiting so long with no clear shipping information, I requested a refund. Instead of refunding me, they offered me store credit — even though the clothes I originally ordered were no longer available on the website. Despite never properly receiving updates about my order, they still refused to give me a refund.

I later spoke to multiple other customers who described the exact same experience: months of chasing the company through emails and social media before finally getting refunds.

The situation became so stressful and frustrating that I ended up opening a chargeback dispute with my bank. Based on my experience, I would not recommend ordering from this brand
