This company is great… I spent les then £200 on carpet worth almost £500. How much better can you get?
I phoned a couple of times and was delayed with so kindly - thanks Sam! Lovely woman.
I can’t imagine using anyone else now- why would I ask a ‘large carpet firm’ to cost me loads when I can call a fitter and have it simply fitted afterwards - very happy customer

Great quality carpet, but not the greatest customer service. Our knowledge on the carpet spec wasn't correct, our mistake in the end, but could have been explained in a more civil way. Best of luck to them, but I won't be using them again.

Found a carpet that I liked which was advertised at £9 per m2, however it was too big and I only required 1/2 the length on the roll - 5m instead of 11m. When I contacted sales for a smaller piece ( it would have left a decent amount for further resale) the cost per m2 went up and not by a small amount!! Stupidly I assumed approx half the amount of carpet = approx half advertised price of full roll.....WRONG!!!!

Never heard of any reputable carpet retailer where the unit cost of the carpet fluctuates according to how much you buy and you only get a decent price if you buy the whole roll?!?

So would the unit price fall if I wanted double the quantity??... betting not.

Bizarre and opaque sales and advertising - can't trust prices. Steer clear

It would have been more honest if you put your lengthy and sarcastic justification on your website as a clear indication of your pricing so that all potential customers are aware. Why not add it as a FAQ page in its entirety? And as for 1 star reviews…these are provided when deserved. You may have noted that I have also left 5 star reviews when I felt this was merited.

PS Rather sad and petty that you felt the need to point that out as a means of attempting to discredit a genuine review. Bravo!

Bought four rolls of carpet from Cube Carpets and whilst the quality isn't 100% the customer service exceeds that.

If you buy discounted carpets you should expect minor faults- but these are clearly labeled

I ordered a carpet for 7900 pounds for a big house .the carpets were firstly delivered without informing me when the house wasn’t ready and I had to pay to store them .then when they Were laid they were not what I ordered and considerably thinner than the sample what I ordered .it had huge oil marks in certain rooms and big lines which looked like joins .I complained to caeden st away and he said this was a different batch and westex made it thinner .well I should have been told this .and at no point was I made aware of the faults .they just said you had to complain in 14 days .how on earth could I do that until the carpet was laid .then caeden said we will send u another roll of carpet to compensate for the errors .but then nothing was done and now the new girl that I am speaking to is not even willing to do that .I am gutted 😞 after spending a huge amount of money and having to see substandard carpets is getting me so down .

We have bought from Cube Carpets/Designer Carpet Outlet before. Once again we are thrilled with our new carpets. We were in Bradford a few weeks ago and visited the warehouse where the guys were very helpful showing us some different carpets, but we ended up choosing others. The office have been great in making sure our carpets were delivered within the timeframe that suited us. Our luxurious bedroom carpets look fabulous, with minor imperfections that no one else would notice unless you mentioned them, and we have carpets way outside our budget for an affordable price. What’s not to like? Thank you once again.

I can happily recommend Designer Carpet Outlet (aka Cube Carpets).
Having placed my order, the carpet was dispatched quickly. Unfortunately, the carpet was damaged by the delivery company. From there I can only commend the team in the office. Having flagged the issue, they made every attempt to rectify the situation to our satisfaction.
This issue aside, the carpet is of excellent quality and exactly as described.

I would be happy to order a carpet from them again in the future.

I purchased a carpet but it was slightly smaller than advertised so I couldn’t fit it.
I have recently seen a bad review but felt compelled to write my own, as even tho there was a mistake, cube were great at resolving the problem. They were prompt, professional and provided a replacement very quickly, with an apology.
It is when things go wrong that you find out how good a company is. So 5 stars Cube!!

Terrible company! I ordered a carpet, it was recieved much more damaged then stated. It took 5 weeks to collect! terrible customer service, Caedan does not reply to email. i finally got a refund 11 weeks later, however, they have deducted fees! avoid this company is a scam!

This company is first class. The carpets are of the highest quality at excellent prices. The staff respond immediately, are polite and respectful to customers. It is a unique unparalleled shopping experience. Buy with confidence.

Just to say that I recently bought enough carpet to cover my 6 bedroomed,Victorian house .The journey was seamless from the online purchase to the delivery. The carpets are superb. I could not be happier. This is the third time I have used Designer Carpet Outlet. Once to carpet the whole of my Fathers house and then to carpet 3 bedrooms at my daughters house. I would recommend this company extremely highly. Full of praise from beginning to end. Thank you so much.

We bought a full roll for the whole house of sensations original for £850 brand new no faults and we had been quoted 3k for the same carpet they even cut the room sizes out for us ready to pick up will always use this company now

I live in Scotland, and found this company online and I was in Yorkshire so popped in to visit their warehouse. Caiden was exceptionally helpful, very patient helping me make sure I found the right carpet for my home (around 100 sqm). They were kind enough to hold it for me for a little bit longer. Whilst my home renovation was getting done. The delivery was on time, the delivery guys were really polite and very professional.

The carpet we got retails for around £60 per square metre in the shop/online for Carpet. We paid £25per sqm (Westex West End).

Brilliant quality, super soft. Found a great local carpet fitter who said the carpet was great quality.

I have recommended them to a couple of other friends in Scotland, and they have used them without any issues.
I’d strongly recommend this company highly.
