I have just passed my gateway and so far my experience with CT Skills has been great. Jo has been absolutely amazing and has been so helpful along the way! She really cares about her learners and offers so much support and guidance.

I have recently reached gateway on my Level 5 Leadership and Management Apprenticeship. It started a bit rocky and due to business needs I had a 6 month break but when I returned for back on with it when just settling back into it I had a change of tutor which was then my 3rd tutor. I have found Ian Peal to be very knowledgeable and helpful and very able to point me in the right direction with questions, thus ensuring I am doing the research and evidence myself but without telling me the answers entirely. Ian has been very supportive to me and understanding when I have been just too busy with my day job and accommodating when needing to move meetings to fit in. I am pleased to have had him as my tutor and will miss his reminders every week and gentle nudges to keep on track. Thanks Ian

I did my AAT level 3, it has been a great and detailed course and I have had a lot of support from my tutors. Janet Henderson helped me out with any questions I had and supported me throughout my time.

I have recently been carrying out my childcare level 5 qualification with CT Skills. I have found this course really interesting and informative. Overall I would really recommend this course for anybody who wishes to carry on their studies. I had a brilliant supportive tutor Lucy, who has helped me throughout 😊

I have finished my level three in early years education and Donna Weston-Lord was amazingly insightful and helpful throughout. I have enjoyed this course and found each step easy to complete and follow.

I have completed 3 courses with CT Skills now at Level 2. The courses are informative, widen your knowledge and as a bonus are free to access. I recently also won £200 Love2Shop vouchers in the prize draw. I fully recommend CT skills to everybody

Good communication, supportive and encouraging

I started this in 2024 but due to personal circumstances, I got behind on it but my tutor was so supportive all the way through & once I have the time, I will be doing another course because it was a great experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I received brilliant support throughout my apprenticeship with Jo Pickard! Jo is very friendly and passionate about what she does. Throughout the course she provided me with all the resources and there were never any dips in communication. Jo also supported me whilst completing my functional skills in maths.

CT skills also provided me with short courses along the way which were good fun. I got to learn new things and meet new people on other courses whilst I was completing my apprenticeship. It's been a pleasure working with Jo and CT skills and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to start an apprenticeship.

Interesting topics. Everything is understandable

CT skills is a wonderful free resource for everyone to upskill, but unfortunately its not fully developed. The assigned tutor never answers to the emails. One of my assessments was failed by mistake and only rectified when a different 'representative' called me to check in on my progress. Every time you talk to someone, its someone different and not familiar with the course. After being frustrated with it all, the best for me is to call it quits.
I have done lots of E-learning in my multiple careers and unfortunately this has been the most frustrating.
As far as free resources go, Google, Oxford and Cambridge have plenty of IT courses to offer. Best of luck to everyone learning new skills!

I have just completed my Level 3 HR apprenticeship practical learning period with the fantastic support of my Trainer Assessor, Jo Pickard. Jo has been incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and motivating throughout. She made the course not only informative but also genuinely enjoyable, with her supportive approach and positive energy keeping me engaged every step of the way. The programme itself has been excellent, with regular monthly 1-1 meetings, fantastic resources, and content that has helped me develop hugely both professionally and personally. I can’t thank Jo enough for making the learning experience so valuable and enjoyable. Highly recommended! I am now about to start my EPA and I believe that Jo has set me up for success!

I have had a great experience with CT Skills, completing my HR Support Level 3 qualification. Jo was my trainer and she was absolutely fantastic. She kept sessions fun, engaging, informative and prepared me really well for the end point assessment. I have just gone through gateway and feel ready and grateful for all Jo's knowledge and support throughout the training.

I have recently completed L3 Housing & Property Management, with Jo Green as my assessor.

The course content was broken down into manageable chunks, easily understandable, and the pace of work was just right. I felt well supported in my learning.

Jo was incredibly understanding when I had to take two breaks from learning due to some circumstances out of my control, she really allayed my fears when returning to study, and supported me to eventually reach a distinction (which I had not expected!) - thank you so much :)

Good company, my assessor was really lovely and helpful during my apprenticeship, was always there when i needed her! Highly recommend

CT skills towards the end of my course was amazing my assessor was constantly on it and meetings were regular. However in the middle of my course I felt like a lost puppy my assessor at the start was not consistent and there was a period of time where I received no work. But my overall experience was positive my final assessor was brilliant and really supportive throughout completion. Donna was brilliant and I cant thank her enough for how much hard work she put in for me.
