Have booked my flight tickets through…wego

Have booked my flight tickets through Ctraa. The payment had been made but there is no communication via phone, email watsapp or anything. It's very disappointing and frustrating that there is no communication whatsoever. Please do look into this issue with at most sincerity and urgency.
After few hours you had resolved the issue. Thanks for the swift response. Hoping updates are given on the go and priorly in future

I booked flight tickets from Mumbai to…

I booked flight tickets from Mumbai to Chennai on February 25th 2026 paying ₹9072.28 today through credit card,
Payment successful but either tickets/PNR not delivered..
Request the team to look into it and mail me the tickets.. please

Hope ctraa.com is genuine site.Checked with Chat GPT and Google.
But , No one is picking up the customer care no +91 73861 03469..

Post booking experience after that...

Initially, I faced an issue after booking flight tickets from Mumbai to Chennai (Feb 25, 2026) through Ctraa.com.
Payment of ₹9,072.28 was successful, but the ticket/PNR was not delivered immediately, and customer care was not reachable at that moment, which caused concern.
After posting my review, I was personally contacted by Mr. Raj, Operations Manager – Ctraa.com.
He was extremely polite, apologetic, and professional. He understood the issue, took responsibility, and promptly booked the ticket and forwarded the confirmed PNR to me.
I truly appreciate Mr. Raj’s quick response, transparency, and customer-first approach. Mistakes can happen in any service, but what matters is how efficiently and genuinely the issue is resolved — and Ctraa.com handled it well.
Based on the resolution and support received, I can say that Ctraa.com is a genuine booking platform, and their operations team is responsive when escalated.
